I love this place. Through their cheerful thoughtful care I am losing that feeling of dread I used to have about going to the dentist. Their equipment is very up to date and staff is amazing. Going there yesterday was my first trip to any medical office since Covid-19 and I was impressed with the precautions they had in place.

I have been a Gentle Care Dentistry patient for many years. I have always been treated like family by Dr. Milavec and his extremely professional and efficient team. The administrative staff is always pleasant, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I never have billing or insurance mishaps. The hygienists and assistants are skilled and personable as well as professional. AMAZING! From the moment you walk in to this dental clinic you are made felt welcomed! Everyone was courteous and very professional. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I got the best care. Being my first visit with them I was a little nervous, but as soon as I got there I knew I was in the right place! All the staff at Gentle Care Dentistry is very professional! They call you in quickly and explain everything they are going to do.
I specially loved how Dental Hygienist Karina took her time to clean my teeth throughly and how she explained everything that she was doing. She also would reassure that I was comfortable and if I had any questions.

I always feel the staff is interested in me and my welfare. They are caring in their treatment and let me know what is happening.I always go to my regularly scheduled appointment joyful and with no trepedition at all. The Hygienist is both friendly and professional, as well as quick with her work. Today I mentioned a problem I've been having in my mouth that might or might not have been a worry. My dentist wasn't in but she immediately got one of the other doctors in the practice to take a look.

I had a wonderful new patient experience starting from the front desk. Checking in they gave me a tour of the office which was very clean and well organized. Also I received a little new patient gift. The dental hygienist, Vanessa, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and was very thorough. The dentist, Dr. Marketto, was very personable and did a great job. Will definitely be going back!

I have been going to Gentle Care Dentistry for almost 8 years - ever since I moved to Las Cruces. They have always done great work and been very kind to me - I am a VERY nervous patient at the dentist, because of all the dental problems I have had. Although my regular dentist is Dr. Thomas, who is fabulous, I have seen all three doctors, due to last-minute emergency appointments - I would recommend every single one of them! The dental assistants are kind, and Penny, who I usually have, always helps to put me at ease. Every single time I have been in pain and had an emergency situation, Gentle Care Dentistry has gotten me in to see a doctor on the day I called! This is such an important factor - knowing that they care about me as a person and will do whatever they can to help me when I need it! I recommend them to everyone I know!
