The facility at Gentle Care is very clean and pleasant. The Technician was wonderful. She gave me a guided tour before they took me in to the exam and cleaning room. Jeanine, my technician explained every procedure to me before hand and made sure that I understood what was being proposed, step by step. They did a wonderful job on my husband and myself. I highly recommend them. Everyone was kind, helpful and cheerful. THANK YOU!

I absolutely love them. They were super gentle, with my teeth. Very informative and detailed. Mu dental hygienist was very comforting and gentle I absolutely love her! I've had really bad experience in the past with other dental hygienists, but with her, i definitely trust her with my teeth. I would definitely go back and I'm sticking to this place for good! 😄 thank you!!💛

Extremely professional, friendly & attentive to patient's comfort! I have never experienced such a pleasant visit to the dentist, very calming & trustworthy. I truly appreciated the entire office staff from initial call to request appointment, thorough Dental Hygienist, transparency of costs, no wasted time in chair for Dr. consult & highly organized office. Wish I had discovered Gentle Care Dentistry 2 yrs ago after relocating to Cruces & could've saved myself the disappointment & wasted time & energy at another dental clinic. I felt very well cared for here. All of the staff were very friendly and kind. All of the staff took their time with me, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions thoroughly. Every aspect of the facility looked impeccably clean. I highly recommend this office for anyone who has apprehension about going to the dentist.

I have been a long loyal customer and have always been satisfied. About 3 years ago I had a tooth removed, the next day I felt something sharp, I got a appointment, They missed getting all the tooth out, hey I know things happen and they took care of it. Man do I hate getting those shots Again!! Fast forward to 6-6-2022 I was in for a cleaning and they noticed a chipped tooth. I set up my next cleaning and to have chipped tooth fixed. I was informed that I needed to pay $50.00 UP FRONT TO GET THE TOOTH FIXED. This was unexpected but I paid it. On 6-20-2022 I called to have a tooth removed because of the pain, They did point out the loose tooth at my last cleaning, they couldn’t get me in that day for extraction, but was told they would fit me in the next day and they would call with a time. Never heard back? Went in the next Monday canceled my next scheduled appointment and asked for my $50.00 deposit back Received it a week latter. I highly disagree with Your $$50.00 deposit on Future appointment.
