My husband and I LOVE Gentle Care Dentistry. A couple years ago, our insurance changed and we were forced to change dentists. No one in town has matched the care, kindness, and professionalism of Gentle Care. I mean it! We tried a few places around Cruces, and no one else compares.
The hygienists are kind, friendly, and gentle (I have sensitive teeth, and they take care to not cause unnecessary pain). The doctors are all knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions you might have. And the ladies at the front desk are AMAZING, friendly, and helpful.
Basically, I love this place, and have never found a dentist we trust and like more. Go here if you can.

Pampering with dental care!? Mind blown!!! Look no further for a truly amazing experience! Gentle Care has an amazing staff and provide unparalleled quality care. While my teeth were cleaned, I relaxed with a heated eye cover. My face was wiped afterward with a mango warm cloth. I was sent home with a gift bag and a beautiful mug. Seriously, customer care is unbelievable.

I chose this dentistry because of the gentle, personal care given to the patient. Some times we are faced with circumstances beyond our control. Having a phobia about dentist, I get emotional when plans change. I am an out of town customer, so rescheduling can be an issue. There was a mix-up with who I was to see. due to a scheduling issue. A very kind lady that was scheduled with my regular hygienist and lived in town was gracious and gave me her spot. Because I really like my regular dentist and hygienist, I will continue to support and visit this office.
My dentist later called and spoke with me to ensure that I was okay and to ask if he could do anything to ensure I was more comfortable. He explained the circumstances and was very understanding of my emotions.
I highly recommend this office and the staff.

ust moved to Las Cruces and needed to find a new dentist. Decided to try Gentle Care Dentistry. Appointment was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the dentist was great. If you are looking for a good experience for your dental needs, try Gentle Care!

They have such an amazing and friendly staff. They really care about your comfort and take steps to ensure you are well taken care of. They are super kid friendly as well. I would highly recommend going to this office and allowing them to take care of all your dental needs.

Excellent service. The staff at the front desk is kind, friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. My hygienest Rosie is the best, she is so good and gentle that I fall asleep during my cleanings.....and more recently my deep cleaning. As for the dentists, very caring for my health. I had a ten year old crown that i was never happy with but had settled with it (from a previous dentist) and during one of my check ups he noticed it wasn’t holding up right. I got a new crown through them and the proceedure was painless and the result......1000 times better than my first!

Amazed that I received info of a canceled appointment by email. My phone number is on record with this office. I have never heard of any appointment to be cancelled by any method that personal contact to patient since I live 60 miles away one way. I happened to check by email for another need or I would have driven to appointment without personal contact of the cancellation.
Unacceptable.
I move my situation now to 5 stars. Dr. Marketto called today and in a few calls we worked through the matters of more than 6 months. I will continue as a patient and go back to the smiling thoughts upon each visit at Gentle Csre Dentistry.
