Writing this review on behalf of my husband (Brett). My husband had a great experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Gonzales was kind and caring. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Gonzales would ask how my husband was doing and tell him how things were progressing. My husband was in extreme pain leading up to his appointment and was in instant relief after the procedure. I accompanied my husband to Rio Dental and I can say that the staff was great. It was a very caring and professional environment. I'm so grateful that we found an incredible dentist with incredible staff. Thank you!

The staff from the front desk to the Dr. Were absolutely amazing. I had a horrible experience with comfort dental and was extremely nervous . They were very patient and made me comfortable with what was happening. Side note: the Dr. was soo soothing. He was just wonderful at his job! The dental assistant was extremely friendly and relatable. Explained everything being done and made me as comfortable as possible. They made what is usually a very unpleasant experience, very tolerable. Rio Dental it THE BEST CHOICE for your dental needs.

We are very satisfied with the emergency dental visit we had today for my mother in-law.
We called yesterday to check availability, and the staff at Rio Dental were able to get her in next day, and that was a lifesaver!
The scheduling ladies were very helpful and courteous, and the waiting area and office area was very clean.
The dental assistants taking the xrays were very patient and sweet to my mother in law and made her feel comfortable. Especially since she was in pain and very nervous. Dr. Gonzalez was AMAZING. He has such a kind
demeanor and a gentle, calming voice. He took plenty of time to explain options to us and my mother in law said she felt like she was treated with such care, like a valued family member. Dr. Gonzalez explained each step to her as he was performing the extractions,
and made sure she understood to let him know if she felt any discomfort, which she did not. She said the numbing shots
were practically painless, and that's coming from a petite, 73 year old lady. He thorough with his explanation of her options, and provided a quote for the services prior to moving forward, so we were able to make an informed decision about the next step of treatment. It also helped her to relax with the TV angled above her, so she watched a movie during the visit. The distraction helps alot with anxious patients. All in all, I would definitely recommend going there and am very grateful my mother in law received the care and evaluation she desperately needed. Thank you, Rio Dental!

We love going to Rio Dental. Staff is the best! They are amazing with my own dental reservations, and specifically very kind with my children. Two of My children are very nervous with any type of cleaning. They are patient and understanding to their needs. Very pleased and happy with this clinic!
