Denied service because I requested to forego xrays because they pose unnecessary harm. I explained I had AML Leukemia and that the cumulative radiation can lead to cancer. I have never had a cavity and don't currently show symptoms of oral disease or cavities....I just wanted my teeth cleaned. The receptionist ignored my request for something in writing that substantiated the doctor's decision and she ignored the request. No conversation offered with the dentist was offered for clarrification. The receptionist/office manager was rude, lacked empathy and was extremely unprofessional.

Everyone does at outstanding job at Rio Dental! The receptionist Selena is always happy and friendly, the dental hygienists (Tess) are caring, informative, and understanding of children who are squirrelly and cantankerous! Dr. Gonzales is an outstanding practitioner who is very friendly, caring, and thorough with exams and answering questions. I can’t thank them enough for the outstanding care they provide!

Rio Dental and Orthodontics is such a family friendly practice! The dentist knows how to make the kids feel comfortable. He talks to them the entire time. I see the orthodontist, and he is great. I’m never waiting longer than 5 minutes to get into a room.
