Had a great cleaning session w Lauren. She was thorough and I thought did a fantastic job. I have been a patient but left in Jan 2022 because I was not very happy with the quality of previous cleaning sessions. I came back because Lauren did such a great job with my wife's cleaning session. I lok forward to seeing Lauren again in Aug.

Buyer Beware!!
I had been going to this office for over 15 years (through a move from their previous location). No problems for the first 10+ years but after the move there was a definite change. My wife had been going there as well and for the last few years we were constantly told we needed services every visit, which we felt we didn't need (and confirmed by outside specialists). Basically, we felt we were being talked into services just to pad their bill. The final straw was when they finally convinced me to get a custom made night guard (which they'd been pitching me for several years), even though I wear aligners at night (which I got somewhere else and they were upset I didn't go through them). Told me it would be $610 but my insurance would cover most of it, and stated they had checked with my insurance to verify, so out of pocket would be $260. Agreed to it based on that cost but would not have done it at full price. Of course, everything is an "estimate" even though I was assured it would be covered. Nope. Charged me $659 (not $610), insurance denied the claim, so was required to pay full price, $400 more than I was supposed to. $700 for an elective service, and the night guard doesn't even fit!
Staff may be nice and efficient but beware being sold services you don't need. (My wife was also told she needed multiple crowns, etc that an oral surgeon said was unnecessary when she got a second opinion. )
