My first ever dental 🦷 deep cleaning and Elayna the hygienist and Cat made it super simple and painless. I’m afraid of Needles 💉 and asked for numbing gel. Elayna was patient with me and answering any and all questions I have.
I am scheduled with Elayna for my next cleaning as well.

They were fast and compassionate , I’m terrified of doctors and they made me feel so comfortable I went to have my wisdom teeth pulled and it was kind rough but they held my hand literally and gave me kind work and was so patient . The staff is super friendly and helpful and the hygienists and dentists are very good at what they do and also compassionate. I recommend Fresh Dental (Park Rd / Quail Corners). Elayna was my hygienist today (4/29/2022) and she was outstanding! So kind, compassionate and funny too. I enjoyed the appointment.

I have been in pain for 3 weeks. I went to another dentist and they extracted a tooth and the root of another. I was supposed to return 2 days later to do a root canal and they said they couldn't do it.
I filled out a form online for a Fresh Dental appointment. They called in less than 30 minutes. She listened, got me in and the staff and orthodontist was amazing. I was sad to spend the unexpected money but the staff made this procedure one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. I am grateful for them all.

Good first experience as a new patient to this dental practice. The doctor and staff were friendly and responsive. My first visit took about a total of two hours, which I thought was a little long, and I had to wait for 15-20 minutes in between the doctor consultation and the hygienist who did my cleaning. But overall a good experience.

What an amazing experience I had today at fresh dental!. Dr.Beeson was amazing and friendly, she went into detail and explained everything so thorough!. The front staff and the dental assistants were amazing as well, they all were so friendly. I have found my permanent home, will be back for sure. Already scheduled my next appointment. :)

This chain is mostly a hard sell Invisalign shop. They have supposedly never heard of super common perio trays for gum disease prevention and told me my x-rays indicated bone loss - since March. Absurd! My previous dentist had confirmed overall dental health much better than is typical for my age. I have had precisely one filling ever. I agreed to a fluoride treatment, which stained my lower incisors. Avoid!

My visit today with Dr.B & Sade went great . Sade made me feel at ease & confident . Dr. Beeson was amazing! she explained everything thoroughly and gave me plenty of options . The front staff were pleasant and very helpful . All of the staff truly care about the patient & the patient experience ..I have already made my next appointment. Thank you again fresh dental .
