I’ve been a patient at the Park Road Fresh Dental location for a couple months. Each experience has been very pleasant. Its a very professional, courteous, friendly environment. Dentist visits aren’t at the top of my list of fun things to do, but this office makes it a relaxing atmosphere. I’m very happy with all aspects of my experiences with Fresh Dental.

There’s a reason why this place had so many 5 star reviews. The staff and doctors are amazing and know you by name. I was a bit terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed and almost went the IV route. I figured it would take hours and I have a “thing” against mouth gore. Dr. Bouali told me he’d have them out in 10 minutes (all four). It took about 8 minutes from start to finish. My HSA balance is thankful that I heeded their advice and didn’t go the IV route.

I had another wonderful appointment. When I went for a filling appointment Dr. Rupani noticed I hadn't had my 6 month cleaning. She was able to do the filling and cleaning herself during the same appointment. I continue to be impressed with the staff and care I receive. I actually live across town, but make the drive past numerous other dental offices as a result of my positive experiences.

From the initial call I made to set the appointment, to the end of my appointment, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They talked to me about everything they were going to do that day and what they wanted to do my next appointment. They asked questions and really listened to what I said, responding honestly and thoroughly. For anyone anxious and hesitant about a dental visit, this is the place to go.
