VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.They hired me for a DA position there, made me do all the paper-work and scheduled me for a working interview after which they changed their mind and decided not to work with me. The point is that they never bothered to inform me about it. I went in for the working interview just to realize that things have changed and they "forgot' to call me about it. On top of that manager is never there to talk to. I had to keep calling the office for almost a week to get the answer. Very unpleasant experience. however i am glad i am not working there.

I looooooove it here! I've been in Charlotte for 5 years and it's the only dentist I've gone to because I haven't had a bad experience yet. I went at first because it was recommended but after my 1st visit, I liked it so much, I never had a reason to look elsewhere.

The receptionist was completely rude and hang up the phone up. I try to call back to reschedule and the receptionist had negative vibes about making appointment. I been a loyal customer for years and this is unacceptable. I had to take my business elsewhere.

I hope I never have to switch from UDA, my family and I have been patients for over 5 years. We started with UDA after a bad experience with a Children’s Dentistry office, it was always difficult for my son to have dental care and UDA has changed that!!

I love this dentist I have one year going and they are very clean they are professional and they answer all the questions you have and they take time to do their job well they all very nice!!!!! But it very expensive and you always have to paid everything no matter if you are and old patients !!!
