The administration is rude and condescending. The dentist and hygienists are wonderful. After 15 years following the dentist in her practice I can no longer give my money to this operation because the front desk staff is too difficult and give me anxiety every time we would go.

Bad service from the start, Dentist would rather leave early than fix a painful but simple reset of crown I waited a week for. Receptionist who originally booked my appointment sent me the wrong address in calendar entry. They booked me during a time the dentist was actually closed and I had to leave work early for this. He kept the appt at first because they booked it, but of course when I get to the location they sent me I'm told it is the wrong one. Then she tells me I'll call them and let them know we sent you the wrong address and you are on the way. My appt was at 1:30 but because of the incorrect address they sent me I arrived at 1:45. I walk in and she says they can't see me and they are closed. This is a corporate Dental outfit that even when they mess up doesn't care about patients even when they know pain is involved. I can only imagine how much worse this practice is. I'll never work with a corporate Dental outfit like this again. Enjoy your early Friday and weekend Dentist, I will not.

After years of looking for a good Dentist and a Hygienist, I was so so lucky to land on the hands of Dr. Lesansky (Dentist) and my Hygienist Sonal Patel. Both demonstrate outstanding quality and professionalism in their evaluation and treatment of their patients. Dr. Lesansky gives honest and accurate opinion of the treatment needed, no more no less, with clear focus on the patient's well being and health. Ms. Sonal Patel has an amazing healing hands. I never had so low (or no) pain/bleeding with any other Hygienist I had! At the same time, I never felt my teeth were cleaned so well with any other Hygienist before! I hope they will continue their practice at this location as one of my biggest fear is to go one day and find out that either of them has left to another location.

AWESOME!!! I HATED having to go to the dentist, until I was BLESSED to find Dr. Lesanky and his beautiful staff. He provides you with kind, caring and so much patients with the service he gives you. His smile saids a thousand word. This office provides you with overall professional and quality dental care that is HARD to find.

Dr Lensansky has been my doc for 9+ years and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. He has always able to fit me and have alway done a great job. Angie my hygienist does a great job and always givin me good feedback. I am very sensitive ability my teeth. I had had a lot of thing done and not one of them tell bad things about my teeth. I have had one do that but she knows who she is, I am not saying names. Overall I would recommend to anyone

This is my second Dentistry I have tried in Charlotte and I’m not happy. I came to this Dentist to get a chipped tooth fixed. The Dentist, not sure what her name was, did a pretty good job and I was on my way. The very next day I was eating a chip of some sort and the tooth that they just fixed chipped again in the same place! I went back several weeks later to get this chip fixed. The dentist fixed the new chip for free and all was good. Unfortunately, after this particular visit my tooth was extremely sensitive to touch or cold beverages. I called and told them it was hurting and they said it will go away in time….it is 3 months now and It still hurts, I don’t even want to go back to them. The worst part is that 30 minutes ago my frickin tooth chipped again in the same place!! These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing. After spending all my time and money trying to get this straighten out I am extremely frustrated.

Poor experience too. I moved to Charlotte recently and this was the most convenient office for us. They don't do a new patient checkup and a cleaning on the same appointment, requiring separate scheduling and visits. This is really bad as you have to take two time off from work and of course they double charge your insurance. I have reported them. The doctors and the offices are okay, I have been to better ones. Well, if you are looking for a new dentist, look elsewhere.

I really like the staff, all of them. They've always been dead on with my out of pocket costs, the dentist is awesome, the hygienists are very personable. I'm typically a difficult patient to get along with but these guys have been very professional and flexible and seem to work hard to put you at ease.

We went here for several years while living in Charlotte. We were very happy at the time, the dental hygienists were great with our kids and the dentists seemed to do well with the entire family.

However, we recently moved across the country and had to get a new dentist.
The X-rays for our 5 year old showed extensive issues in between her teeth that would not have formed within the 6 months between exams (our 5 year old started going here just after she turned 3). Looking at her teeth, they look perfectly fine and there were no cavities anywhere but in between her teeth. And if our only problem were some cavities in between her teeth, then I would take the full blame. However, several of her teeth require root canals, which I do not believe would have been the case had this office done the proper work with X-raying her teeth during our regular visits.
I hope ours is an isolated issue, because the office staff was very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. And at the very least, I cannot recommend them for pediatric dentistry.

Anna does great work,tries to make dental experience as painless as possible! Had a root canal done on a molar and her team (Jenna) where very personable with the whole process! Going next week for routine cleaning and checkup! Thankyou Rich Steiner
