I want to thank everyone so much for taking care of me. Im pregnant and was had an emergency crisis with a broken tooth. For someone who has not gone to the dentist for almost 10 years and ne being pregnant they made me so calm and not stressed out during the procedure. I was so embarrassed of my mouth but thank you to everyone who made me realise they were here to take care of me and make me feel beautiful and ready to welcome my baby girl Lucy with a clean and so much needed improved mouth. Thank you so much everyone for everything you did for me today ❤

I haven't been to the dentist in a few years. This office offers all the services I need. Dee Dee was awesome! Dr Bundrick did my exam and spent time with me explaining my options for treatment. I will be going back to get started soon!!

If you have to go, and you should, I would recommend trying them out. Stag is friendly and very helpful. Our Hygienist is the best I’ve ever been to. I think you’ll be pleased.

Had a wonderful experience, was rocky at first due to my own worries. But it turnsd out great (getting many extractions and making a denture plate for some partials) these people are great in the service they provide! Down to the receptionists, such a comforting amount of southern hoslitality when dealing with their team. Ill be making another appointment with Dr. Bundrick in the very near future! Thanks DOC!

On August 26, 2018 I broke a tooth while eating a slice of pizza. At the time I had been going to DOC for approximately a year without incident (cleanings, X-rays and two cavities filled). I was impressed that they got me in for a next day emergency visit. They originally had a dentist I really liked but he left the practice/transferred elsewhere after my first visit. They assured me his replacement, a dentist who always seemed overtaxed for time was amazing. I have decent dental insurance through my employer, so I was surprised when I went in for my appointment that they only looked at it and demanded to wait to do anything until they received pre-authorization from Ameritas despite having no issues with insurance billing or my payments in the past. That process took several weeks and by the time I was scheduled for the actual crown (September 27 a month after breaking the tooth), I was less than enthused. I had mentioned numerous times that I did not tolerate dental pain well and was assured there wouldn't be a problem. Basically I was told the crown was just a larger filling that would take two visits to complete. Having never had anything more than a cavity before, I took them at their word. I was at no time offered any medication for the procedure. Fast forward to the day of the crown, I go and pay in advance (of course), and they begin the procedure. As it turns out, the nerve was damaged and I was in intense pain and in need of a root canal. Remember, I'm on no drugs. The dentist kept trying to get me to answer questions mid-procedure without removing her equipment from my mouth which was impossible. Eventually she just gave up, patched the hole she drilled and left the room without saying anything to me besides "she can't help me". So I'm left bleeding in a chair in intense pain with no instructions, no medication, no follow up, no referral and no compassion. They did at least refund part of my money since they didn't complete the crown as I stumbled out of the office unaccompanied. Be advised they have no sedation, or the high tech equipment that is necessary to have a crown down in one visit like the dentist I found the next day after this unacceptable incident.

I found out after the fact that the two cavities (on teeth 18 and 19) were done so poorly that the new dentist had to redo them less than a year later.

In short, never trust a dental conglomerate that has Groupon's!

Love going to these folks! Taking the necessary precautions for COVID and delivering service with plenty of notice/a smile as well. Hygienist is fantastic - always great with the tools! Friendly, professional, overall great. Highly recommend.

I was nervous about getting my tooth removed and explained everything to me and other options on saving my tooth. They are very welcoming and kind. They understood my concerns. I would highly recommend them.

.

I would like to mention that the dental hygienist did a great job, Ashley very professional and did not hurt my gums. My teeth don’t hurt after she was done, in my past other hygienist have dug into my gums and would be sore for several days afterwards and as always the staff was very professional and friendly....Thanks so Much and God Bless

Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in the door. I was taken back at my scheduled time and the dental hygienist was awesome as well as very professional. I look forward to my next visit!
