Dentistry of the Carolinas - Kannapolis

Dr. Masoomi and her staff are the best! I have super bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I got crowns from k9 to k9, it was a very long process and everyone there was so comforting! They treat you like a friend not a patient. Not to mention their prices are the cheapest I've found. I love my new smile!!

Everyone is so pleasant and eager to help you. When you walk in they treat you like you are the only person in the office. Kristin is the most pleasant person I've ever met she is the same every visit you have. Thanks for making a dental appointment a lot less stressful.

Today my husband and I both went to this DOC office for the first time and we both had great things to say--hands down one of the best dental experiences I have had. Every single staff member I came in contact with was so pleasant and helpful. I went to a different "high-tech" dentist earlier this year (unrelated to Dentistry of the Carolinas) and they told me I needed so much work done--I had a bad vibe about it and wanted to get a second opinion. Someone recommended this office to me and told me they only will recommend you to get work done if it is truly necessary. This was the exact experience that I had. The dental hygienist and the dentist were super helpful in addressing my concerns and they took their time with me. I am so thankful I decided to get a second opinion because they saved me hundreds of dollars and unnecessary work. Both myself and my husband have already scheduled our cleanings for January. I will continue to come to this office for sure!

This was such a sweet dentist experience! I hate going to the dentist but this was a one of a kind experience. DeeDee , the hygienist was so calming and made me totally comfortable. She explained everything she saw on the x-ray and set me up for what the dentist would confirm was the correct course of treatment.
I had to set up a couple of future appointments to get some restorative work completed and I really appreciated to sweet demeanor of the receptionist the front who gave me the totals for what I should expect to pay out of pocket for the upcoming appointments. To me, that meant a lot.
This place is all around of the best places to go for dental care. I wold recommend them to anyone i know!

Excellent experience. My Hygienist was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The dentist was the same. Today was my first appointment and the entire staff made me feel like I have been there for years. I will be recommending DOC Kannapolis to everyone.

One of my coworkers said this office was very good. So I made an appointment and due to my tooth hurting so bad I called and they were able to move my appointment up by a week. I don't think I could even find anything to change or say bad. Everyone at this office were nice, courteous, helpful and all of the above. You're treated with respect and Everton checks on you to make sure everything is going according to plan. The dentist she explained every single thing that she had to do every step of the way. All my life I've been terrified of the dentist but this office has soothed all of my fears. I have found a dental office that I will regularly be going to. Thank you.

Do not visit here. I went to this office on July 1st and was seen by a Tech who told me that all I would need for my tooth pain was a medical mouth guard. My PCP had to prescribe me a pain reliever to hold me until I was able to see me until Sept. Dr.Masoomi prescribed me an antibiotic. I asked her if I had an infection and she said no. I advised her that I was not willing to take Amoxicillin if I did not have an infection. Would you? Below I have attached a note of what this particular dentist wrote. I do not have a history of taking or being prescribed any pain medications. I will be filing a complaint with the board of nursing for this conduct and particular note. I never mentioned anything about a strong pain med, yet asked if they can treat me with “something” that could subside the pain and nerve while I schedule an appointment being that my career requires me to throughout the day. When air hits my mouth, it’s painful. They will do anything to lie or cover up their wrongdoings. My insurance plays a big factor in this treatment and I refuse to allow this type of treatment. I am a professional and have recorded the entire conversation and it once have I mentioned anything of such. This complaint will be filed to a higher level. I repeat, do not go to this dentist office. They are VERY unprofessional, tacky and ghetto.

Edit: I refuse to have anyone, let alone “medical professionals” label me. I am a business professional and can assure you that I have a solid team behind me that will refute what this dentist office is trying to insinuate. Do not be afraid to advocate for yourself snd stand up for right. I will not be silent about this matter and will continue to speak publicly about it.

The staff was very attentive to my needs and very thorough while explaining my treatment. Staff was eager to help me with my problem and was willing to see me even though I was late due to getting lost.lol I didn't feel rushed or anything and they took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me several different types of treatment to chose from. The dentist is very handsome and knowledgeable of his work.

Excellent staff! I feel that i am receiving the best dental care that i have had in years. The dentist is very gental and i know everything ahead of time so there are no surprises. My crown is absolutely beautiful and it fits perfectly! I am already scheduled for my next treatment plan! I am very very pleased! Jennifer Melton, Kannapolis
