Dentistry of the Carolinas - Kannapolis

The DOC has gotten 2 of my children's teeth straight by helping with braces. They accept Medicaid. The staff are super awsome. They are patient and will not do work on you unless they are 100 percent that they can help you. Yall check them out,they are amazing 👏

I had a filling taken care of yesterday and the dentist seemed to do a good job. She did not have a good “bedside” manner at all. The office is definitely run down and could use some work to make it look a lot better. This office only accepts full payments or you have to use their care credit card if you need to make a payment plan. Overall, it seems to be a good dentistry office (I have only been there twice).

I’ve always been one of “those” people that LOVE to go to the dentist but over the years as I fought addiction (4 1/2 years clean),hereditary didn’t bless me with the BEST teeth then at 40yrs old I was blessed with a Daughter and she took EVERYTHING out of me from hair to skin to nails and my Teeth were the MOST affected😢I’ve always been known for smiling and how beautiful my smile was but now I don’t even like smiling at my Children much less to the public so while at a regular cleaning I decided to ask what I could do and now I’m in the process of getting my smile BACK😁 DOC Kannapolis ALWAYS fits me in ASAP, SUPER understanding, personable yet professional, they make sure my 15 yr old is comfortable and for EVERYTHING they do for us I am THANKFUL 😁😁😁

Very nice me and my 4 year old got our teeth 🦷 cleaned staff was really nice and patient with my son services were very good as well. I would recommend them for a family dentist 🪥

Very professional and helpful and understanding. I highly recommend them especially for dentures no one even knows I have them cause they look that amazing. There's no judgement nothing negative at all. The front office people will go out of their way to get answers and help you as much as they can. All fantastic staff!!!

I called and received an appointment the next day, receptionist was very patient. I was a previous patient at another location of DOTC. They were very friendly and nice. I had a knee replacement and the dentist made sure I am good to get dental treatment due to risk for any problems with infection.

If you are looking for a friendly and professional office, I would highly recommend this Dentist Office. They welcome you with a smile and is always on time. You never have to wait a long time to see the dentist, they stay on schedule! If you are as busy as me .. .that means a lot!

Kristen was my first contact, and what a joy! When I opened the door, she greeted me with a friendly smile and welcome! Next I was met by Ashley, the person who would clean and polish my teeth. She was so gentle and professional. I did not have one moment of pain! I am looking forward to my 6 months checkup.

From the time you walk in the office everyone is very friendly and puts you at ease. Kristin is so nice and Dr. Masoomi and all the assistants make you feel very comfortable. I've always been nervous when going to the dentist but have no fear or anxiety because of the professionalism and great "bedside manner" of all involved. Thanks for great results and an overall great experience!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Wait times aren't long. My review is a bit late since we haven't been since probably September 2017, but I called to schedule an appointment for my son because chipped 2 front teeth and they were able to see him the next day. Dr. Bundrick was very friendly, but in my opinion he lacks experience. Fillings were placed on my son's teeth to fill in the chipped areas. They came off numerous times within a day or two. The dentist recommend permanent fillings for a 10 year old child. Not knowing what I know now, I paid over $2000 for permanent crowns on 2 teeth for my 10 year old child. I found out from 2 other dental clinics that children his age should not receive permanent crowns because they're still growing and the crowns won't last as long as they would had he been older. On top of that, one of the permanent crowns came off and had to be redone. They didn't do a good job putting it back on because the stuff used to hold it on is showing where it oozed out and dried up. They put my son through multiple visits and unnecessary pain. Now the chipped teeth have been permanently sawed away. I would have preferred that he walk around with chipped teeth rather than go through this. I called the main office to request a refund. They refused to refund my money, but they did send a care package with some notepads and pens and a $50 gift card (which was nice but does not make up for $2000+ I'm out of), and instead of a refund they suggested that I bring him to one of their other locations for a second opinion which I didn't want to do because they're all the same company. I finally agreed. They main office was supposed to get back with me and never did. They never answer the phone and have ignored emails from me in the past. I will never visit any of their offices again!!!
