I have never been so calm and at ease when I walked into a dentist office as I was here,they made you right at home. Dr Masoomi was friendly the best easiest calmest dentist I have ever had to work on me I will continue coming here.

I had an excrutiating toothache and called DOC on 12/13/16. I was treated with dignity not having any insurance and being a new patient. Kristen was able to get me in right away. When I was seen, x-rays showed an anomoly in my affected tooth and the dentist referred to me an oral surgeon since he wasnt comfortable pulling it. I wasnt able to afford an oral surgeon, so Kristen went above and beyond and got me into the Charlotte office the same day to have it pulled. If it werent for her doing that I dont know what would have happened. Ive been back to the office since and EVERYONE is SO nice. They worked with me and I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. The acts of kindness Kristen put forth will forever be appreciated. Im proud to call DOC the dental clinic I will be using from now on. I recommend DOC to anyone looking for a dental office.

As a medical office professional I know a hippa violation when I see one and there were several upon me walking in the door. The people there are not really friendly and the lady dentist is rude. Maybe my expectations were too high. I called and asked if they could remove my wisdom teeth and I was told yes. When I go to the appointment SUDDENLY they have to refer me to an oral surgeon. Needless to say, I won't be going back. I despise wasting my time.

I didn't get my procedure done yet, but my first experience with this office was absolutly amazing. I have a fear/phobia of the dentist which was obvious to the staff. Dr. Walsh came in and prayed with me which made up my mind to go ahead and schedule my appointment for my extraction. After 20 years of being with Dr. Bobby Gibbs denistry, that one gesture by. Denistry of the Carolinas Dr. Walsh is the reason I and my family will use them exclusively. Thank you!

Dentistry of the Carolinas was very clean and hygenic. I was seen immediately. My dental hygienist DeeDee was the best! She was personable and funny and did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. The people working at the desk were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The dentist was very knowledgeable as well. When the dentist comes in she and the hygienist discuss the x-rays and I would have liked a more clear explanation of what they were saying...areas to watch, where the wear was. I really like to be informed. Also, when I was getting my estimates for follow-up care it was more expensive than I expected, especially since I was in-network with the highest level of Delta Dental. Even so, I was happy with the quality of care, and was so impressed with DeeDee. She is truly a gem, great at what she does and so very genuine. It was a lovely experience.

The front desk staff and hygienist are awesome! But I've went 2 times in one week for pain when I chew. The dentist filled to small occlusionsize. Thought that would fix the problem. Pain very next day, went back he said filling was too high, that should fix it! I still can't chew food without excruciating pain, and they have No after hours number! I will not be going back!

Had a terrible toothache, they got in me in the same day I called even though I was a new patient. Didn't wait long in the lobby considering how busy they were. Once I got in the room, they took xrays immediately, and said the tooth needed to come out. Within 15 minutes they had me numb and had my tooth pulled. I didn't even have time to get nervous lol. I was amazed at how fast it was, and how painless. I've had a tooth pulled before and it took a long time to get the tooth out and I was crying the whole time, so after that (which almost scarred me for life lol) this was an amazing experience. Thank you so much for everything!

I was referred to this office by another dental office for my teenage son. He needed a root canal and crown on one of his back teeth and we were both very nervous. Dr. Karanth really took her time and explained everything she did as she did it. She was reassuring and caring towards my son and really put his and my mind at ease. All the staff there were amazing and we really felt like they all cared about my son. They did such a great job that my son is no longer scared of going to the dentist. We can't wait to go back and see Kristen's smile and see Dr. Karanth!
