Front desk staff is very nice. Dental assistant was very nice as well. I went for teeth removal. I cant remember the name of the dentist I had last week and this week for bottom wisdom teeth removal but he really made me feel like I was stupid like I didnt know the difference between pressure and pain. I felt the pressure at first and the more he kept digging i felt the pain. He seemed like he was getting aggravated with me like I was lying about what I was feeling. He numbed my mouth as much as he was able to but I still felt pain. He finally asked me if i wanted him to stop and me go to a oral surgen and be put to sleep to have them removed and I chose that option. I still recommend this place but if you need wisdom teeth removal you might want to just go to an oral surgen.

Wow all I did was jump on Google to find a dentist and I seen great reviews of DOC of Kannapolis so I called to make a appointment I was pretty nervous but overall they treated me with nothing but kindness no judgement they we're all sweet even the phone receptionist

From the 1st phone call I made to this office they have been so pleasant to work with. Such a great group of people working there. All of the staff are wonderful and nice. Saw me (a new patient on Medicaid) quickly for a chipped tooth. 10/10 recommend. I will continue to drive 1 hour from my house to this location for all my dental needs.

Very clean office with adequate parking. Even though I was only there a short time, everything went smoothly and the girls at the front desk were very helpful and nice. Dentist I saw seemed very caring, looking forward to my next appt. : )

I had a great experience at Dentistry of the Carolinas-Kannapolis. Carrie was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and did a great job explaining things to me. This clinic does except Medicaid which can be hard to find, I greatly appreciate them doing that. It is like a quaint, fun, friendly, family atmosphere. The dentist was kind and made sure I didn't have any questions. I am so glad to have found my dental home!
