Was very happy with this location, up until 1 week ago. I had been asking about a charge for services that should not have been performed on my daughter. I was told not to worry, that the charges would be removed, per front desk. Months later, we are still fighting this charge. Insurance company said that, had benefits been verified, this action wouldn't have been performed. They told me corporate was not willing to remove the charge, and after canceling all appointments, and asking for corporates number, front office told me again to not worry, and that it would be handled. I really hope this is so this time, and because of the issue, I will not return. The dentist and hygienist were very good otherwise.

I came in to have a old crown replaced by new one and I’m blown away by the way the new crown feels and looks. It fits like a glove and it looks awesome. I have had the best experience at this location. Wow. I had a bridge put in and the Dentist At Kannapolis location is AWESOME. No one knows a have a bridge it looks that great. She took her time and got my bridge perfect. I went back to get a partial and it looks like a million bucks. Not just is the dentist amazing but the whole staff, ROCKS !!!!

Had a crown done and was expecting it to hurt pretty bad. NOPE. Didn’t hurt at all, staff is extremely friendly and always greet with a smile. Always a pleasure visiting my dentist. Another plus...most dentist make you schedule another appt if they find a small cavity but nope not here.. She found a spot and they asked if I wanted it done today or no. Outstanding hands down. Recommend any and all to here. I go to Concord, so no experience with the other but can’t imagine them being much different. 👍🤙

I went for the 1st time a few weeks ago. Recommended by a family member. Great staff very Kind and caring. I scheduled an appt for my 4 year old daughter and she loved it! her words were, "that was fun mommy!" Made my daughter feel comfortable with something that is normally scary and can make a child very nervous. They had patience and were able to explain to her everything that they were doing to her. She loved getting a treat at the end of the appt. Thank you for making this a great experience for her it was really appreciated.
