If I could give this place an F I would in a heart beat. Fail to understand their own job on how insurance coverage works. I called to see if anything was available today. Rep. said yes if I can be here in 30 mints, I rushed myself to get there in time. 3/4 ways there they called me back stated that my medicaid does not cover dental. Time and effort wasted thanks to an unprofessional, untrained and careless to attention to detail about the coverage policy. They did say "Sorry", yes you are sorry, that everyone's going to read about this incident forever now.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Went to get 1 tooth pulled an immediately after sitting in the chair the lady dentist was very rude and then clearly didnt know what she was doing while trying to numb me. she then told me not to yell after she tried to pull my tooth without me being fully numb.then basically kicked me out sayin u have to get a referal to a oral surgeon. left me with a loose bloody tooth and tons of pain with no medicine no nothing...came off as just washing her hands with me and im no longer her problem the surgeons in the area are booked up for atleast 2weeks so i was left to go to the E.R to get some medicine jus to give me relief from the pain that is more then before i came in.save ur mouth an money look else where.
