Everyone here is absolutely amazing! I haven’t been into the dentist in over 10yrs and thankfully didn't need much work done for how long its been. BUT, I was still nervous to get my fillings & crown done because in the past the jab from the needle for the numbing agent and just the general work being done usually hurt about 4-6 on a scale of 1-10. Not here, I had no pain whatsoever from the needle and just extremely mild discomfort from the work but that’s obviously unavoidable. They are all so caring and nice towards you and make sure to do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and I definitely did!
Im extremely thankful I found them and will recommend them to anyone going forward! Absolutely top notch!

I had been looking for a new dentist and decided to give Kannapolis Family Dentistry a try. I had my first visit in March 2021 and saw Dr. Rivera. It was hands down the best dental experience I ever had. Dr. Rivera and his staff are all very professional, extremely caring, and made me feel comfortable. They have some of the most up to date technology and made my procedure fast and painless. The staff was delightful and very accommodating to get me back in for follow ups as soon as possible. Really enjoyed meeting Dr. Rivera and his staff, they have won me over as a new client.
