Fantastic 1st experience. Was greeted by Savannah at the reception and check in with a warm smile and friendly nature. Then my hygienist Jackie called me in, again with a warm smile and friendly nature as it looked like the theme of this place. She got me in had a brief introduction on what they are and a rundown of what we will be doing and where to move on from there. From the x-ray taking to the actual cleaning which was thorough yet gentle, to answering all my questions and joking nature which added to the great experience.
Finally the Main Dentust Dr Matthew cane in and introduced himself with a smile and asked me about myself and gave me very nice information about the area I am moving to near them and other things almost like a friend asked me if I had questions or concerns. Then dud the check up. Did not try to do anything unnecessary and offered me how to make my teeth better and what follow ups would be. Amazing people and dentistry with latest tech. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve always had bad experiences with dentist growing up and it took a really painful tooth for me to cave in and see one but I am glad I picked this office. Dr. Matt is very kind and I feel like he definitely cares about his patients. The ladies are fantastic, from making appointments with Savannah, checking out with Sarah and even having some good laughs with Jayne while waiting for the doc to come in… it’s a very pleasant experience and has changed my point of view on dentist. 💕 10/10

Dr. Rivera is an absolute AMAZING dentist! The only one I will even go to anymore. He makes sure his patients are taken care of and he makes sure they are comfortable the entire time. I’ve never had another dentist who cares so much about their patient rather than just getting people in and out like other places. If you’re looking for a new dentist I HIGHLY recommend Kannapolis Family Dentistry. Not only is Dr. Rivera amazing but he also has an amazing staff working for him as well. They are always so friendly and smiling. The best dentist office I’ve ever been to!

With me living just down the road from this team I truly struck gold all the way from there informative new patient paperwork to their professional team of grateful experts who took me in sit me down and treated me like nothing but family. My hygienist Miss Jackie walked and talked my cleaning through very thoroughly. Miss Jane was Matt's assistant who also was very sweet with trading family stories back and forth which in my opinion is what makes a dentist office a dentist office. Thank you Matt who also walked and talked his way through another procedure that wasn't on the schedule and worked me in their busy schedule. Thanks again guys and ill see you guys on our next visit. First time here. Very good atmosphere. Love the staff and how organized they are. Very informative. Other than the one lady assuming I work in a warehouse (not knocking it, a hustle is a hustle) but I'm a Diesel Mechanic on night shift, I just think assuming is a little insulting to me personally lol. Overall good visit though....I would recommend!

This staff is amazing - from booking my appointment with Savannah, checking in/out with Sarah and having the best experience laughing and getting settled/taking X-rays with Katie! They make you feel welcome and are there to also help you feel comfortable. Now to Matt, the friendliest and most knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. I certainly appreciate you helping me, having patience and educating me on all of the options/next steps. You guys now have a customer for life!
