BY FAR the BEST dental office I’ve experienced! If you’re looking for a new dental office (like I was), Dr. Matt Rivera and the overall Kannapolis Family Dentistry staff is the unrivaled choice to make. Fillings and cleanings are a #1 service here (I’ve had many fillings… believe me), everyone is knowledgeable and SUPER friendly. They are very thorough and make sure to give you and your teeth both a 5-star experience. Exceptionally effective, clean, and friendly (made me feel comfortable). Definitely in good hands here, can’t say enough good things about them! Highly recommend!

If your looking for an awesome dentist look no further.. Dr. Rivera is the absolute best. I have always been absolutely petrified of the dentist since I was young. But my teeth are in horrible shape and I had to go. When you walk in you are pleasantly greeted by one of the girls up front who always have a positive attitude. When I went back to the room and Dr. Rivera came in I immediately told him I have high fear and anxiety and he made sure I was absolutely comfortable. He told me everything he was gonna do so I knew what to expect. And explained details about my teeth and came up with an awesome treatment plan. I've never in my life been excited to go to the dentist but him and his team rock and make u not be scared to come back. It's a very clean office and a lot of people don't like the smell of a dentist office but it smells amazing and not like a dentist office. I have definitely found my forever dentist. 💓

I had to have a considerable amount of work done and Dr.Duncan and his staff were the best. He and his staff made sure I was comfortable during and after each procedure even he himself making an after hours call to make sure I was okay. He also made sure that I understood exactly what he intended to do. His financial team walked me through my insurance benefits also making sure every procedure was covered. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do but Dr. Duncan's office was so pleasant. From the receptionist to Dr. Duncan everyone in the office helped me feel at ease. Dr. Duncan was genuinely pleasant and he was so patient in explaining what needed to be done. The financial advisor was prepared with figures on the cost and how much my insurance would pay. I'm looking forward to getting my smile back and I'm counting on Dr. Duncan to do that with as little pain as possible.
