Recently left my last appointment with Dr. Henry Davis. This would have been my 3rd appointment with him. After one company phone outage I was not able to cancel my appointment within the 24hrs (my mistake) however during the 1st appointment because of the type of insurance I have Dr. Davis did not go over any restorative options for my teeth. As if me paying out of pocket would have not been possible for me. When I was able to cancel I was speaking with a receptionist and she snarkly advised me to give further notice but I never received anything in the form of a reminder except for a survey following my 1st appointment via text. Today I confirmed my appointment reminder that I got (finally through email) and when I showed up after paying for and consuming a medication that was not covered by my insurance for the procedure I was told that they had already moved someone in my spot because I did not confirm! I dont know what type of system they are using to confirm with this pandemic things are more difficult to come by. I do not have the funds to keep purchasing out of pocket prescriptions for procedures that are not happening ,this is ridiculous.
