Kannapolis Family Dentistry

Needed an emergency visit right before Christmas and they were able to get me in-and-out. Even got my tooth pulled before work lol. Painless and felt comfortable the entire time. Everyone was so nice. I think this will be my new family dentist😊

Visited as a new patient today, and already couldn’t be happier I chose Dr. Duncan’s office. I was previously going to an office that was a chain, and was not a fan of the corporate feeling after growing up going to a local family practice. Amanda at the front desk was super friendly over the phone and in person. The hygienist (my apologies as I did not get her name) was very sweet and has many years of experience. Dr. Duncan is down to earth, explained my issue in a way I could understand it and made me feel comfortable with the next steps. While going to the dentist is not necessarily “fun”, I do not dread my upcoming appointments like I normally would. I am so grateful I found this office - the other great reviews are true.

I would like to thank the staff at Dr Henry Duncan office for making my visit so comfortable. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They answered all my questions and assured me that I was in good hands. That is the kind of dentistry that I would not minded referring my friends and family to. I’m glad that I made the right choice to go to that office. Thanks again to the staff as well as Dr Duncan for making my visit an awesome visit.

Dr. Matt Rivera And his team make me want to come to the dentist! Yes you read that right!! They are all wonderful and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the door. Very attentive and personably. One of the best dentist I’ve gone to and will continue to go to as long as i can. Thank you for all you’ve done!

I have seen alot of dentists unfortunately but Dr. Duncan is the best of the best. He took his time and explained everything in detail. He gave me options. Something other dentists did not do. He cares about his patients. The office staff were very friendly and polite.

Love the new dentist! Great bedside manners, which is hard to come by. I have seen the previous dentist since I was a young teenager, and this new dentist that is now there made the atmosphere still feel like before ❤️

Everything went well at my appointment today. Hygienist that cleaned my teeth did an excellent job and Dr. Duncan did an excellent job as well. Everyone had masks on and hand sanitizer was available to use. Highly recommend Dr. Duncan’s practice!! Been a patient for many many years.

I highly recommend this office. The staff are the sweetest people and Dr Revers is very good at what he does. He's very compassionate and understands your anxieties. I'd give more stars if I could. 🙂
