I had to schedule a wisdom tooth extraction and I was extremely nervous because I had no idea what to expect. Daniella Osborn was the woman who talked me through the steps of the actual procedure and the aftercare. We talked very thoroughly and she made sure I knew exactly what will be going on. She made me feel very calm and at ease and now I’m not nervous for my upcoming appointment. If you’re apprehensive about any sort of dental work, Triangle Dentistry is the place to go, hands down. Highly recommended and I’ll be pointing my friends in their direction.

I called in wanting to have my general check up as soon as possible. At the time they could not get me in right away but offered to book an appointment at a later date and promised to call as soon as they were able to get me in. I was called back later that day with an appointment time for later in the week. Everything about this office is wonderful. Staff was very friendly, efficient, informative and professional. Everyone in the office had a smile from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. When I went back with my hygienist she asked me what music I would like to listen to and put it on while I was in the chair. She seemed genuinely interested in everything I had to say. I did not feel rushed with the hygienist or the doctor as they went over what needed to be done. The girls were very helpful in scheduling my appointments and answering my questions about insurance and what my out of pocket expenses would be. They filed each visit to my insurance for me, which was also a big help because my previous dentist did not.

My son was able to play in the room they have done up for children at one of my visits. I actually called to cancel since I could not arrange childcare and the girl that answered the phone told me to bring him and that they would put on a movie and he could play in the play room. He was so content playing that he didn’t want to leave when I was done. After my appointment that day they gave him tokens so he could pick out some prizes for being so good.

This office has been great from day one!

Have been coming here for about a year and the staff and Doctors are kind and very knowledgeable! My teeth look incredible and couldn’t be happier with my results after every visit. Would highly recommend.

customer experience is the outcome that most of us are looking for. The customer experience at this family dentist office is the focus, they are truly thinking about the entire customer journey with their business.

I’ve been a patient at this office for a very long time. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and getting my teeth worked on. Dr. Perry and her assistant Ashley are the best! They always ask me if I’m doing ok and they are so sweet. I will never let anyone else work on my teeth except them! They have helped me over come my fear of getting my teeth worked on. Thank you Dr. Perry and Ashley! You guys are awesome!!! 🥰

I would like to mention specifically about Angela who handled my complete visit and did cleaning of my teeth. Below points are the pain points for me whenever I visited other Dentistry but Angela did marvelous job.
1) Teeth are cleaned properly and thoroughly without any pain, I don't see any plaque in my teeth after cleaning as was the case with all other old dentistry.
2) No bleeding in gums after the cleaning
3) Suggestions provided are logical and accurate
4) Answers all my queries patiently and efficiently
5) Felt like she is very experienced in cleaning process and has good control

We've been coming to Triangle Family Denistry for years. They are always professional, on time and friendly. Angela is my all- time favorite hygienist. She is friendly and kind and patient and always willing to explain things to me.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. My twins have received excellent care when they were seen at the Fuquay office and it has continued seamlessly since we moved to the Morrisville office. We drive here from North Raleigh and are happy to continue to do so to receive great care with a staff that makes the kids comfortable and not afraid to go to the dentist.

Excellent dental office! Dr. Brown is very friendly and professional. Mary Beth is an amazing hygienist and always make sure you are comfortable and happy with your dental results. My children love the office as well as me & my husband. I would highly recommend.
