Triangle Family Dentistry

I love Triangle Family Dentistry. My son had his first appointment. It went great. They put on Netflix for him and it took his mind off of what they were doing. They have excellent customer service. I have informed my family and co-workers about the great customer service and work Triangle Family Dentistry provides.

I’ve been going to TFD for my cleanings for 3 years and have had a few minor unprofessional experiences that I let slide. I finally gave in and agreed to get a crown replaced. It was a nightmare that I regret. The dentist had to re-do it 3 times in a 6wk timespan. I had to take 3 full PTO days and drive 1hr round trip each time. If I hadn’t already paid my $600 deductible I would’ve gone elsewhere after the 1st time. All they could say was sorry, you can have a different dentist next time.

I've been around with teeth issues for decades and seen all kinds of dentists and office staff. Dr. Baky and his entire staff is outstanding!!!
Caring, friendly, helpful, and so on.
They have the full range of dental care and are so focused on me getting an as comfortable experience as possible.

Jessica is an excellent hygienist! She is friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable! Our entire family has been going to Triangle Family Dentistry for several years, and we have always been very happy!

The office is very nice and I had a great visit as a new patient. Everyone was very nice and professional. Randy and Dr. Park took time to thoroughly clean my teeth and check for any problems.

There is always phenomenal service and a very nice waiting room to sit in. The fluoride is better than ever and no longer makes my teeth feel funny. Very kind people tell you what is wrong, with no fees for many services!

Triangle Family Dentistry is a calm and efficient environment for your family dental needs. My kids look forward to their trips to the dentist. The office is clean and nicely decorated. It seems like you are visiting a friend instead of a dentists' office.

I had an amazing visit to TFD! I went in for just a general cleaning. It was my first time in, everyone was extremely polite and nice! I had my 3 year old daughter with me during my appointment and they went the extra mile to help accommodate her as well! This will definitely be my new dentist home! Thank you TFD team!

I'm not surprised to see other people complaining about this place and giving bad reviews after my negative experience. I had an infection the time of the visit. Dr Nora Barber saw me after taking 2 X-ray pictures and she told me that i have a huge infection under my molar and the infection is spreading to my cheek and to the front of my mouth so I have to have a root canal to extract the nerve. everything seems fine till she told me i can do it right now with my swollen face, and i know such practice is unsafe. how on earth you will start working on a tooth that's infected. I guess everybody knows that you have to treat the infection before you do anything. I told her secretary that i have to consult with another dentist she didn't look happy. I paid $137 for the visit and she prescribed low dosage of antibiotic to me in order to come back. also they quoted $1144 for the root canal and they told me they might have some extra charges when finished ( MONEY HUNGRY )
I went next day to another dentist and he told me he can't touch that tooth because of the infection. he also told me that I have to take antibiotics for 5 days and then he can start working on it LIKE EVERYBODY KNOWS BUT DR. NORA BARBER FUNNY ISN'T IT. Also, he will do the root canal on two time; first time will put a bug cleaner and second time to finish everything which is the opposite of what not so clever Dr. Nora Barber told me that she will clean the infection right in that moment and i will walk out of her office with no infection and what so ever. He charged me only $90 for the visit and quoted me a cheaper price than the state of art of money thirsty Triangle Family Dentistry.
Their practice is:
Low standards they don t care about you they care about the money.
Compromising safety.
Negative Experience you will regret going there.
PLEASE STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE.

I have been to Triangle Family Dentistry twice now for dental checkups and cleanings. I have had great experiences both times. I used to dread going to the dentist but now I don't mind.
Everyone that works there is very polite and they are interested in providing you with great service. I would highly recommend Triangle Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a dentist or is unhappy with their current dental care.
