Triangle Family Dentistry

Stay away from this practice unless you like dealing with greedy dental practices and condescending dentists.
It was very clear to me that Dr. Nada Salem was only interested in filling her quota of dental services as she asked me if I was interested in every dental procedure under the sun. After expressing little interest, she went on to say that I needed 2 new crowns immediately (procedures that according to their clinic would cost thousands). When I got a second opinion at my old dental clinic, they said that I need no such thing and that even though my crowns were old, they can be safely monitored with future visits.

Furthermore, I tried this dentistry for the first time and listed a pre-existing health condition that was exacerbated by covid. Instead of being understanding or even really listening to what I was telling them, I got a 5 minute lecture in the dentist chair about how I needed to see a physician right away. Not only did the dentist ignore what I was saying but also heavily implied that I was not capable of taking care of my own health. This not only showed in her "bedside" manner but also in the way she was prescribing treatment. There's a lot of 5 star reviews for this practice but I hope someone sees this review and thinks twice before going.

P.S. If you happen to have the misfortune of going to this clinic first and wanted a second opinion, they will purposely send low quality X-Rays to you to make getting that second opinion even more difficult.

I had been going to the same practice for years. Unfortunately, they were not in network for most common dental insurance companies. I spent alot of time researching other practices and decided on Triangle Family Dentistry in Morrisville. I've been going here for about 18 months so far and am very pleased. Why? Excellent dentists and hygienists who exercise the latest techniques. They even make their crowns in house and Dr. Cappelle took great care to ensure my new crown matched my other teeth exactly. You can't tell it's a crown. Nice lobby area with a keurig etc. Prices are competitive and they take all major dental insurance. They also have flexible hours for those who can't do the 8 to 5 time slots.

I have been to both the Morrisville and Apex location. What I value about this dentistry is that the wait time is very limited, whenever I come in for an appointment, I am usually invited out back within 10 minutes. Cleanings are thorough, detail-focused, and professional. Advice: find a hygienist you really like and schedule appointment way in advance in order to have them again.

The entire staff was very helpful and efficient. Ania was the best hygienist ever! She gave me great tips on how to better care for my teeth and gums. Dr. Capelle was very personable and addressed all my concerns and questions. Best visit to the dentist ever!

I have never had a better experience with a dental practice! My morning was off to a rough start, so to speak, and I wasn't particularly looking forward to my necessary cleaning based off experiences in the past with other practices.

It was a superb experience! The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially Olivia. You don't feel like you're being "looked down on" like some practices in the area, as if you're subjecting yourself to their approval? My hygeinist, Natalie, was thorough, professional and quick in doing her part of the cleaning. Dr. Sainani was unbelievably "down to earth" and friendly.

5 star service and experience hands down. I have never had a medical appt. that changed my day's trajectory for the better! Had a smile on my face the rest of the day due to the positive "vibes" you'll catch from these rock stars!

Best dental practice I've ever been in. From the moment I walked in the door Ifelt as though I was the only patient there. Very thorough exam and pleasing, relaxing environment. Will continue with this practice. Even willing to finance my crown (even though I'm a new patient).
Kristine (spelling) cleaned my teeth initially and was very thorough and patient. Had to come back for crown with Dr. Barbour and Renee. Best crown experience ever and I have had multiple. THis practice is the bomb"!!!

Had such a great experience at Triangle Family Dentistry. The staff is so friendly and helpful and makes sure you are comfortable. The dental hygienist was gentil but effective and Dr. Baky is great!

Great advice on keeping teeth clear of plaque and tartar. It was like being at the spa getting a face and neck exam from the dentist. Excellent service! My teeth are bright, shiny with no cavities 🦷!

Been going here for almost 3 years for my daughter and it has always been a great experience. They always make sure she feels comfortable and they have tv's to keep her entertained at the same time. I definitely recommend them for dental care!!

My anxiety with going to the dentist is with me days before my appointment. I was assured by Fonzie that my fears will be removed as they have many different ways to relieve my anxieties. The staff was great, Fonzie was terrific with my cleaning and x-rays and made it the best experience I've had at the dentist in many years!! Dr. Patel was also a pleasure to talk to!! I've recommended them to any one who would listen.
