My family of four used the services of Triangle family for almost three years and doctors and staff is great but only problem is there when it comes to money. My wife went for the bridge treatment last year and it was the good estimate of around 1000$ of my contribution and I made the payment on procedure completion.
Later on, they found the issues with the insurance and start sending the bills at my home for some amount outstanding. I spoke to insurance about it but they were very clear about the treatment and every thing was good at their end. I informed the same thing to dentistry office and they told me that they will submit the claim again. This thing happen couple of times and on one day I put the insurance(UHC) and dentist office on conference call and insurance rep confirmed that they have not received any claim from their side and asked them to submit again.
After again two weeks I received the mail that i have payment overdue letter from the dentistry office and I got very disturbed with it. I called them again and the receptionist was not very nice to me and they were not cooperating and looks to me that they are interested only in money and not about the customer concern.
I left early from office on that day and made the full payment which I am not feeling I should not make as I already paid the promised amount at the procedure completion. Also the person who settled my account was least worried about my concern and more interested in the money.

TL;DR - Office billing management is terrible and they try to get more money from you by billing you for insurance paid treatments. Requires jumping through hoops and several phone calls to straighten out with no acknowledgement of their errors.
My family have been patients at the Morrisville office for about five years. Four months after the last cleanings, I get two statements in the mail saying we owed for my and my daughter's cleanings. I pay my copay at each visit so I was confused as to why I would owe anything on preventative care since our insurance pays 100% of preventative treatments. I had an appointment scheduled in the next few weeks so my plan was to address it at the office when I went. Then two weeks later, I get another statement showing a different amount owed than was on the previous statements as well as a $2 service fee for not paying. I called my insurance company to verify that this office made a mistake and confirmed we should not owe anything. I called up Triangle Family Dentistry and asked why I am getting statements. Receptionist looks in their system and tells me the amounts I owe because of leftover amounts not paid by insurance. I explained that I know what their system shows as I have it on the statements, but I should not owe anything. Again, they tried to tell me that it was leftover from what the insurance company didn't pay. I explained that my insurance verified they pay 100% of preventative and that I should not owe anything. Receptionist told me that she needed to check with someone and that person would call me back later that day. Never got a call. I call back the next day and got the same runaround from a different receptionist and told again that someone would need to look into it and call me back. Never got a call. Called back again and this time was told that it had to be sent to the home office for review and someone from there would call me later that day. Guess what? No call. I waited an entire week before calling back. When I did, the same receptionist I spoke during my second call tried to again tell me the amounts their system showed that I owed. After pushing back, she said that she wanted to talk to the manager who was there that day. I was put on hold twice and never got to speak to the manager (or receive an apology from that person). The final result was that I was told they were writing the fees off as we spoke. No explanation, no acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology that no one ever got back to me on this issue and no apology for wasting my time.
After dealing with all of this, I canceled our families next appointments and we are switching dentists. This place is so poorly run and if they can't be trusted to run an office properly, I will not be trusting them with my dental health.

I am in awe of this practice! After years of going to another practice, I decided to change to one that was closer to my home. I was recommended TFD. And oh my God! The moment you walk in is like wow! And the staff is so nice and patient. I took my 9 year old. Then brought in my 21 year old, which scared the bejezus out of me, and I am amazed at their professionalism and patience in dealing with him. And today, they treated me and were sooooooo patient with me. Special should out to my tech, Candace for her candor and Daniella for her patience answering my 1,001 questions.
Anyone looking for a dentist need to look no further than Triangle Family Dentistry.

I had my bi-annual visit at this office with Angela today. She has been my hygienist for the past couple years and has always done a great job with my teeth! She is courteous and is very personable!

Love this place. I have been going for years. office is always clean, technologically advanced, and people are always nice. Appointment times are kept pretty close to schedule. I never feel rushed. Prices for people without insurance are very fair in my opinion. Highly recommended.

The best dental experience I have ever had. From Hirra at the front desk to Dr. Main consulting me on getting Invisalign. Dr. Main answered all my questions and got me on my Invisalign plan within a few weeks. When ever I go in for new trays I'm in and out within minutes while knowing I'm getting the best card. Highly recommended.

My entire family has been going to TFD since I’ve been in NC since 2010. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The service is always amazing. I absolutely love my dental hygienist Angela. She’s great!! I would recommend TFD as a primary dental office.
