Dr. Patel is gentle and explained everything he needed to do and did it with ease. Tiffany who assisted him was very sweet and gentle as well.
I was able to get an appointment without problems to meet my schedule. The front desk staff are friendly.
I had virtually no wait time as they were right on schedule.
I would highly recommend this office in Fuquay Varina, NC!!

Office is nice but that is about it.

I have had 2 cleanings here and both experiences were not pleasant. The first visit was mostly due to wait time. I was new so I understood that it would be a longer visit to get all my information and take x rays. However there was about 10-15 where I was just sitting in the chair waiting for the dentist to come do the final check. When the dentist did come they said my teeth were fine but my tounge showed that I may have trouble breathing at night while I sleep and recommended that I pay to have a sleep study done and that they would refer me if I wanted too. I declined and felt uncomfortable that the dentist was trying to sell me on doing a sleep study.

The second visit I was told that my insurance would cover another round of x rays and that it was time to have them done again. I thought this was strange given that I had just done a round of x rays at my first visit but I went along with the recommendation because I didn’t know any better.

To my surprise I received an invoice from TFD about a week after my visit for $80 because my insurance did not cover the second round of x rays. I could not help feeling like they just performed the second set of x rays because they were trying to make money, and not actually take care of my teeth. This in conjunction with them trying sell me on doing a sleep study (which happened again during my second visit) really just rubbed me the wrong way.

My family will be taking it’s business to another dentists. Good thing there are plenty in the area.

Got a filling here, dr park did an amazing job making you feel comfortable and safe. Facility is incredibly nice and clean. I’ve gotten fillings done at three different offices now and this one has been the best experience so far.

I love TFD Morrisville! After avoiding the dentist for 7 years, I finally made an appointment here as a new patient, and it was the best decision I could've made for my health. The entire staff have treated me like family through all of my fillings and recent root canal, as well as helping me get a sleep appliance for my sleep apnea. Dr. Singleton has gone above and beyond to figure out why I was having ongoing tooth pain, something that previous dentists haven't done. The sleep study process was easy because they handled all of the insurance headaches and paperwork - all I had to do was show up for appointments. I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk in, and I can't say enough good things about everyone on staff. I HIGHLY recommend TFC Morrisville!

Best dentist office my family has been to. We had to switch for one year due to insurance changes and my kids and I were all so sad. Dr. Baky is wonderful! Not only is he good at what he does, but he and his staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable! Couldn’t say enough good things about the whole staff there!

Update 1/3/2020:
I would like to share a warning with any current and future patients: I have been going to TFD for several years now. Two years ago I made an appointment at a different location (Apex) for a cleaning. Towards Q3 of 2019 I decided to continue my appointments at the Davis Drive location. I had asked the two offices to share my medical record a week in advance of my cleaning appointment... when the day came the Davis Dr location still hadn't received my info from the Apex location. During my appointment Dr. Park recommended for me to do a crown repair asap, so I scheduled an appointment for the following month (October). I was hoping my record would come by then from Apex... but it was unrealistic for me to expect this. I scheduled my second cleaning of the year in November, still the information did not deliver to the Davis Dr office. That is over three months of waiting!

My doctor and dental assistant said not to worry, I was eligible for new scans anyways since it was year end, and in the overlap time frame for the new year. They did NOT check with my insurance first if that would be okay. Come mid-December, I receive an invoice from them for the cost for my scans. Apparently my insurance was not okay with the timeline of the new scans. I immediately called the office to speak to the financial adviser about this... I was told she would call me back the next day. No call.

Today, I called the office to speak to her, I was notified that she is OOO and will be returning on Monday. I will be calling her on Monday and attempt to resolve this. TFD is responsible for this charge, if I had been made aware of the fact that my insurance would not cover this, I would have never verbally consented to getting new scans done. My advice to everyone: understand your insurance better and call the provider ahead to ensure what they will cover. Do not rely on the staff's interpretation of the procedure timelines.

Former review (November):
I come here for 2 cleanings annually. Overtime you will try new hygienists and grow to prefer a certain one. Dr. Parker is quick and gentle. During appointments you will have the choice of what music stations you would like to listen to.

We've been coming here for 8+ years and have hade excellent care. They are extremely organized and efficient. They even helped my husband stop snoring!!

I highly recommend this location! I had no wait time, every person in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist seemed like he cared and wasn’t just trying to get me to get the most work done possible.

I had my initial appointment today and Randy did my cleaning - he was amazing and thorough. I’ve never had someone spend this much time and focus towards a cleaning. It was a great first visit and I can’t wait to be back.

My dental checkup experience at Triangle Family Dentistry was flawless! Great staff, very competent and Knowledgeable doctors, and the entire practice looked and felt truly hygienic. This is our 5th yearly checkup and the above experience has been consistent for me, my wife and kids.
