Do not recommend. This practice repeatedly rescheduled appointments and made me deal with verifying insurance via 5 calls from their office, texting them my new 2022 insurance cards to them, calling my insurance plan to verify (and I was on hold for 40 minutes) and then called 3 hours before my childrens appointments to cancel saying they no longer accept our insurance plan. Big disrespectful waste of patient time. And instead of apologizing or making this right they just repeatedly said, “we’ll relay this to our team.”

wry bad customer service and communication. I had to request time off from my work to go to my appointment and for the 3rd time they say we have remove you from the schedule because the first time you did not heal from the extraction, second time you did not confirm via text, second time you arrive 15 minute late even though I was there before the 15 min slot and they charge me

I've been going to Triangle Family Dentistry for my teeth needs since 2016. It's always easy to schedule appointments (or reschedule as needed). I love that they send a reminder text (and a phone call) before appointments. The hygienists are always very professional and friendly, cleanings are efficient and thorough, and my appointment almost always starts on time. Due to scheduling conflicts (on my side), sometimes I see different dentists, but they are all kept up-to-date on my records, so I've never had to repeat information and they're all very knowledgeable (and very personable). Overall, my experience with TFD has been awesome - would definitely recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

I love this office. I saw Dr. Long and Katlin for a first visit regarding an implant I needed. They explained everything that would happen and what to expect during the process. Made me feel very comfortable with my decision.

This was probably one of the best dental experiences I have had. My husband and I went here together and left very happy. He has not gone to the dentist for a long time and he was terrified they made it a very enjoyable experience for him. The hygienist Alicia was amazing and we never felt rushed out of there even with all of our questions and concerns we had. The office was so clean and up to date with technology. The coffee station was amazing. Can't wait to take our little one there when she's old enough :) Thank You Triangle Family Dentistry of Wake Forest.

A fantastic combination of southern hospitality and professionalism. The waiting lobby is absolutely beautiful, and they provide coffee and tea before or after your appointment. Sheldon brought me back with the biggest smile and made me feel like I was going into a 5 Star spa and resort. Speaking with the dentist was easy and I was able to have all my questions answered.
