I’m required to wear sunglasses to get my teeth cleaned. I don’t feel comfortable wearing sunglasses to get my teeth cleaned!! I’m 58 years old and have never been asked or required to wear sunglasses!! Also they offer free whitening kits and twice the have been out!! They know I have a appointment they should have them in stock. They are very nice pleasant people!! Office is very clean! Dentist is great!!! I just feel ridiculous wearing sunglasses, to me it’s degrading!!! I’m an adult not a small child!!!!

Been 2 years since my last dental appointment. They updated me on everything that needed to be done and they did it very well! Glad I chose them, and their discounts was just as great. Saved a lot of money! Thanks for the great smile

My two kids and I were scheduled back in July however we were called and cancelled. This is about the 3rd or 4th time we have been cancelled. I was put on a wait list and just opted to schedule an appt in October just to have something. I call today to verify appointment times (for our Friday appointment) only to be told they scheduled us with a provider no longer there. And was offered to be put on a cancellation list yet again. 100% not acceptable. Taking our business elsewhere.

This was my son's first dental appointment so I was very particular when deciding which office to take him to. Read countless reviews of numerous offices in Raeford, Hope Mills, and Fayetteville... found Carolina's Dentist and fell in love with this office! Stacy, the dental hygienist, is amazing! She was so friendly and explained every process to my 4 year old to ensure he was comfortable! Made the process so fun! Office is so clean and well organized. Receptionists were very helpful when completing our new patient information. My son had a fantastic first dentist experience!

Absolutely love this dental office. I went in for an emergency situation after hurricane and ended up switching my whole family here. They are so sweet and patience with my daughter, so quick to get us in with last minute issues, and really work with my husband's schedule. Love this place, our dentist, and his assistants!! Hands down the best!!

I was humiliated at an appointment. I had dental work done there that did not hold up. I made an appointment after describing what happened and was given an appointment. I was assured they would take care of it. However after speaking with someone, he would not fix it. Instead dismissed me, mocked the condition of the dental work I needed, said some other things and made me feel awful. I was shocked and disappointed by this person’s demeanor which lacked professionalism and concern for the issue at hand. The front reception staff was very polite and helpful to me. If you received 5 star service every time , that’s great. I wish I had too but not from this individual.

I do like this dentist office However I do not like that they charge me even when I cancel an appointment via phone or text and I am not a no-show. I am a client that has anxiety issues and some of their front desk staff are not Empathetic to my diagnosis. Needless to say I’m doing with the back-and-forth I will just find one That will be able to accommodate And I would need to make another appointment for oral surgery.

This was the best experience ever. The entire staff was so nice. It was my son's first cleaning. The hygienist showed him all of the tools to make him comfortable. The dentist was fun and playful. The office was clean, nice and inviting. And the hours are accommodating for all schedules. Wish I could give ten stars.

Terrible, only want patients they can up sell unnecessary treatments.

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating and efficient. Nice clean facility. Treated everyone with kindness and patience.
