I would leave 0 stars if I could. The lack of communication from office to patient is ridiculous. Truly feels like they care more about the money than their patients needs. Husband went in for some cavities, was determined he would need a few root canals and a few crowns. Scheduled first appointment then called us to schedule it for an earlier time so “the dentist will have enough time for everything” only to arrive and find out they were only planning to do one crown when 4 were needed side by side for the four front teeth. Rescheduled to have all four done at the same time and have a back tooth pulled as well. Dentist needed to send off crowns to be cut with special equipment that was not on site so fit him with temporary crowns for the two weeks it would take to have the permanent ones made. One crown came off the very next day, when he returned to have it replaced they told him they could not fit him in the schedule and he would have to come back the next day but sent him home with cement to do it himself. Within a week all four came out at least once. He has not chewed anything or had any solid foods during this time because it hurts and he’s afraid to lose the crowns. Last night all four crowns fell out and we had to come to an emergency dentist and pay over $500 to get the temporary crowns replaced. Emergency dentist is concerned that the natural teeth have been shaved down too low to actually be able to adhere the crowns. We are still 4 days away from the scheduled appointment for the permanent teeth. They also tried to talk him into a root canal which would have cost over $1000 versus around $40 to have it removed as he requested multiple times. He is so upset and anxious over his teeth now and there is no way to reverse what was already done.

Most important, I have an immense irrational fear of the dentist!! I found myself in a position where I needed an emergency appt. I called Carolinas Dentist, Raeford.
Two words: SIMPLY AMAZING!
For the first time in my life I went back to the dentist willingly today to get a cleaning. From front to back office they are amazing. They cared how scared, nervous and embarrassed i was and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Highly Highly Recommend Carolinas Dentist in Raeford.

This entire office is incredible. Not only is the staff friendly, they go above and beyond to make sure their patients needs are met and figure out the easiest way to take care of finances for you. I’m so grateful I found this office. And the complementary coffee and TVs on the ceiling are a nice added touch.

It's a very clean and nice staff was friendly.
I needed a Root Canal and that shouldn't take more 4 hours.They took some X-RAYS. A two part series. After I came in for a Routine Cleaning. They told me I needed Root Canal which after four agonizing hours after I would have to come back lol to finish the Root canal. I have to wait 2 weeks in pain she gave me nothing for pain and said don't bit down on my Left side.just eat on the right side of my mouth.
all she did was drilled down the tooth to found out that the nerves were dead and she put some medication on a tooth and put your temporary cap on and sent me home I have to wait 2 weeks before I can go back to finish the job. Then I need another appointment for the cleaning that's add up for all the office visits $$$$
What I didn't like or that
I don't actually appreciate that they didn't explain that I would have to come back in again 2 weeks later to finish up the Root Canal then wait again to get my teeth cleaning.
