I had an appointment in 03/27/2020 at 8am and from the time I walked through the door I felt welcome. The front office staff was wonderful and welcoming and they all had smiles ( love it!!!!) My dentist and how assistant were so Amazing they calmed my nerves they jokes with me they even song to me!!!! I had a root canal and crown placed on my front tooth and I didn’t feel a thing not even the needle to numb me. That was so awesome. I will be going back for all my dental needs and I highly recommend Carolinas Dentist!!!

As always, stellar service from this amazing group of professionals! My hygienist was Imani(sorry if I misspelled it!) and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Absolutely love this dentist office, they make a trip to the dentist enjoyable, or at least as enjoyable as a trip to the dentist can be! The staff are top notch and the dental team is dedicated and genuinely concerned about your comfort and care. Oh, and they have TV's mounted on the ceiling so you can watch a movie while in the chair! Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO TO THE RAEFORD OFFICE!! I went because I was having pain. Instead of the doctor treating this tooth he saw a tooth that needed a root canal and did that work instead. Never have me the option of extraction. I would not recommend. Spent 700.00 dollars ended up in the ER and had to go somewhere else to get the work done right. Filed a complaint with Tricare and they lied about the conversation I had with the dentist. Please don't leave a BS comment about contacting the practice manager because I spoke with you and you couldn't even handle the issue. I will tell everyone to NEVER use THIS PRACTICE

Amazing staff that made my 5 year old (and me) feel completely comfortable. They made it fun and we even all laughed during the cleaning. My daughter said she had FUN as we were leaving. Would highly recommend it to everyone!

Very friendly & welcoming. I went for a tooth extraction. They took the time to outline all possibilities with me. They Weren’t pushy (like some dentist are) they let me make my own choices & gathered my consent before everything. Moving onto the procedure I was very nervous because previous extractions have been painful, rough, etc. This one was not AT ALL. They did a very great job numbing me and even the shots they used to numb me didn’t hurt! (They usually always do to the point of tears lol NO TEARS this time.) 150% recommend this location. Absolutely amazing.
