They are the best dental care around. They are friendly and courteous. If you don't have dental insurance they will work with you. I love going there and the best dentist I have ever gone to.

Best experience I've had at the dentist in a long time. Extremely professional and so nice.

Carolina dentist on Club Pond is beyond outstanding. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and Dr. Lago and the hygienist were just phenomenal at making me feel calm ( I was beyond nervous ) . I was in and out within an hour and honestly feel soooo much better ! Thank you guys for seeing me and the front desk and I’m assuming the lady that handles the break down of the cost you guys were great as well ! Excited to come back in March and get everything corrected . You guys have changed my view on going to the dentist , thank you again :)

Dentist was just fine and did a good job.

But had issues with the front desk on trying to figure out how much I owed compared to how much I paid is quite different. Plus they held my account in suspension until I contacted them at least two-three months after setting up to get a bridge in. Fixed now but should have been completed months ago.

Absolutely love the staff here! They take so much care and patience when it comes to my 6 year old son. They make him feel comfortable and always explain what they are going to do before hand, putting him at ease during the appointment. You guys rock!

I have always had a great experience at this office. I have been a patient since it opened. Everyone is very polite and the entire staff always seems happy to help patients. I have referred multiple friends and even those who have not had insurance have been helped and even set up on great payment plans.

I would recommend this dentist practice only for cleanings and minor work. The staff are all polite and courteous but the dentist turn over is high and the quality of care is low. My wife had a root canal (and 2 fillings done which took 7 hours due to mishaps with another patient that the dentist was working on as well as a crown (that they make in their facility) cracked and had to make another one. So her tooth was left open and exposed which was stated (and antibiotics were prescribed). 2 weeks after the procedure she began to have excruciating pain (keep in mind they gave her antibiotics after the procedure which clears up any potential for infection temporarily). She goes back to have a second look (with the same dentist approximately 3 weeks later) and was told that sometimes a high bite mark can cause pain like I was experiencing and he filed it down after tasking impressions of my bite. (She went back prior to this visit because her filling came out so that they could repair it). The dentist mentioned that it could be a possible hairline fracture that would have to be done by a specialist but no recommendations were made and I didn't press because we were moving out of the state. I get to my new state and the pain starts again and I call back for assistance in which the office manager was great with getting it to the new dentist ASAP. I am on my 3rd dental specialist now. It was confirmed that I have to have the tooth removed. I chose to see a prosthodontist because they can do most, if not everything when it comes to dental procedures (instead of going to a regular dentist that has to refer you out) *They will not tell you this*. Insurance barely pays for the dental visits as it is, let alone multiple specialist visits. My frustration lies with the clinic and poor quality of work that was provided. When my wife called back to see if the dentist who performed the work could relook at the case and give feedback (and to see if the clinic would be helpful in anyway since we are now shelling out over 3K to fix a problem they caused), the front desk clerk pretended to not understand what she was stating, in fact those were her exact words. She also stated that she would have the manager call back and of course she did not. So I paid them over 700 dollars to fix a problem which in turned into a bigger problem that will cost me over 3700 dollars (and we are considered to have good/great insurance). *This facility was our dental clinic for 4 years on/off (2014-2018), I considered them our go to place but wanted to warn others so that they can research a bit more. During this time there were multiple doctors giving services out of this clinic but it is good to see that they have only 2 now, maybe the consistency will get better. * I wanted to add, you have to search like crazy before you find out who the owners of Carolina Desntist are to file a complaint, which shows they only care about money* Sad

Absolutely the best dental experience I ever had. Everyone was friendly, they helped me understand everything that was going on, and helped me with the whole process. Absolutely love them. 10/10 i would go back!
