From the moment of walking into the front office to my departure-I was made to feel at ease, while the explanations of the process was given to me and not once was I made to feel as if I was just coming for and appointment, but rather as if each and every person truly cared about me. Paid full amount for a wisdom tooth removed, they cancelled my appointment and moved my appointment 15 days after.

Very polite and professional. They really make you feel comfortable. The young lady that attended to me for my cleaning was absolutely the best that I've ever had to deal with.

I was having severe pain in the left back part of my jaw where you would normally have your wisdom teeth. I had my lower wisdom teeth removed almost 7 years ago and I hadn't had pain like this since then until now. It felt like my wisdom tooth was back and trying to push it's way through. When I had them removed they were seated sideways and the dentist I was seeing at the time literally had to saw and cut them into pieces to be removed. Well after doing x-rays and checking to see if there was anything trapped under my gum Dr. Langley believed there was a nerve left when the tooth was removed and that it was the cause of the severe pain and swelling I have been dealing with all weekend. I didn't have $300 to pay up front in order to have the problem taken care of today so without hesitation Dr. Langley ask if I minded doing a promissory note agreeing to pay the balance in monthly installments so he could take care of my pain today. I was so grateful and ofcourse I agreed without hesitation. After he cut into the tissue to remove the nerve he found not only the nerve that was left but also I piece of my wisdom tooth that had been removed 7 years ago!!!! It was no small little piece either!! It didn't show up on the x-rays which was really crazy but it was there. He told me I really did know my body because I had told him before everything that the pain felt like it did when my tooth was in there and trying to come out. The worst part is that after I had my teeth removed I had to go back to the dentist that had removed them because I got dry socket and they had to pack the hole. Twice I went to that dentist and twice he didn't remove the piece of my tooth that was still there!! I could understand if it was so tiny you could barely see it but it wasn't!! It was over a 1/4 of an inch long and was pointed on one end!! Needless to say Dr. Langley has saved me from being in more pain!! He sewed up where he removed the left behind tooth so instead of having a big hole there where food or drinks could get into it, now it should heal better and faster. This was my 1st time going to Carolina Dentistry and I will say I'm very happy I did! The pain had started radiating into my ear drum and the pain was only getting worse. I have pain now but not like it was and at least now I know it can only get better. I plan to continue going here and seeing Dr. Langley! Thank you to him and all of the staff today!! Everyone was so nice and helpful! I will definitely go back from now on!!

Today I had a deep cleaning, it went well and Tiffany took her time and showed great professionalism in her job. I was really impressed. All of the staff were very friendly and even put on a nice movie for me to watch while getting the work done.

Dr. Elkattan was amazing as well as Shaun (scheduled and helped me get in immediately)

Close to home, very nice and friendly staff. I recommend Anna. She did an excelente job sand understood all my concerns. The doctor went through all the possible options for my benefit and I am really satisfied with his work. I am definitely coming back for my regular cleaning. Thank you all :)

I've been taking my son here for almost 2 years. He has a fear of doctors so I thought for sure he would be freaked out by the dentist. I was so wrong. He loves going and loves keeping his teeth clean! Everyone here is so friendly!

I have struggled with social anxiety and a pretty bad stutter my whole life which kept me from going to the dentist. I finally decided I needed to go after some pushing from my mom due to pain in the side of my mouth. I was honestly hesitant on going because of how bad my teeth were, I was really embarrassed. I’m glad we chose this dental office and I highly highly recommend people go here for their dental needs. Especially anyone struggling with social anxiety who’s reading this. Don’t wait as long as I did to finally get your teeth checked out. Everyone was very friendly and caring, plus explained every little thing they were doing and also what’s going on in your mouth. In my honest opinion my teeth were bad but they never made me feel bad about it, they just wanted to help get my teeth and gums healthy!
