This is the best family dentist office I have ever seen. First, the location is great if you live in or near Sanford. Second, the front office staff know what they are doing and listen to you when you talk to them. Third, the dental techs are very nice, professional, and compassionate. They care about you as a person, not just a patient to be dealt with. Fourth, the dental hygienists are not judgemental even when they could be. They are gentle with the cleanings and very helpful. My hygienist Nicole is the best! (Love the Grape Fluoride!) I won't go anywhere else. Finally, the dentists are just fantastic - it's obvious they love their work. Dr. Whitehead, Dr. Parsons, and the other dentists are focused on fixing the problem and not just racking up a huge bill for you. I can honestly say if you are in need of dental work, regardless of what it is, you need to come here. Period. Just the best dentist office I have ever been to.

My teenagers loved their first visit. I have been there 4 times, a cleaning, a filling, and a crown I always feel comfortable and have had no trouble, even when I had a problem, it was corrected quickly.

Had a great experience at Lane and Associates from the time I walked in the door. Everyone is very friendly and polite. Did not have to wait very long before I got called back by the dental assistant to get my x-rays and get everything set up for the hygenist. My hygenist was Mark. He was awesome. Made sure that he explained what was being done. Was very friendly and polite. He is very good at what he does. Doctor Chung was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Mark and Lane and Associates to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My hygienist never caused the slightest bit of pain, and I have very sensitive gums, and she was quick as well. Despite today’s computer glitches which was totally out of the office’s control, my visit was efficient, everyone was friendly, professional and patient oriented!
