Dr Parsons is absolutely an angel. I can't think of anyone I've seen who has been as thoughtful, compassionate, or as skilled. I have Autism spectrum disorder, and at every turn, she's made sure to communicate with me in detail about what she's doing, what it will entail, and works with me to ensure I have as much comfort as possible, minimizing the sensory input I have to go through while there. The assistants with her are the same, esp Summer.
The office staff is always so sweet and patient. It truly makes a world of difference to know them, and be a patient there. Love love love them!

The office did great with my 5 yr old!!!! Dr. Chung, Cassi and Nicole all made the experience so at ease for him. Everyone in the office is so polite and nice!! They really go out of their way to make the patient feel at home.

This staff has proven just how amazing they are. I went in for my follow to my root canal, and one of the lovely ladies let me know they took my concern about the changing table to Corporate. They really do care about their patients and value their opinions.
The staff was AMAZING! Dr. Whitehead was able to fix the root canal that another office had did incorrectly the first time. They were so caring with me and my anxiety through the whole process. The only thing I could say that needs to improve is the lack of diaper changer in the bathroom. My 5 month old needed to be changed and I had to go outside in 30 degree weather to change him in the trunk of my Explorer. I understand they might not have alot of babies/toddlers come in, but with those parents who have no other choice there should be something to accommodate them.

PHENOMENAL service make you feel like family... I went to Dr. Chun and Mark and they did a wonderful job. Very Military friendly as Mark is an Army Veteran of 24 years of Honorable Military Service 🇺🇸. Will recommend more family and friends to go here.
