I've been going to Lane & Associates for 6 years and have been very pleased with the entire staff! During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Mark, who was my dental hygienist. Comfortable office and extremely polite and down-to-earth staff. Dr explained everything so I could understand and gave me options with advice. Dr was not at all rushed even though the office was busy. I don’t usually like the dentist office but this one put me very at ease

I have been going to Lane & Associates in Sanford for the past 7 years. I have found them to be polite and attentive. 95% of the time, I am called on time or within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Every Dentist that has taken care of me had great personalities and I felt like they put my interest first. The administrative staff is simply awesome. Dr. Whitehead and his staff took excellent care of me! They got me an appointment quickly after I broke a tooth and were able to restore my smile in just a few hours. Love. Love. Love this office! Only dental office my daughter has gone to and my entire family. We love Lisa! She took the time to help my daughter do her senior project on dental hygiene and I will always be grateful to her kindness with my mom who had dementia. Just a compassionate dental office and great staff!

Dr. Parsons was fantastic. I had an extraction of my upper left eye tooth. Barely felt the needle for the Novocain. 10 minutes later, her and her assistant Melissa began the extraction. 10 minutes later, it was out!
Outstanding care in all departments! Evelyn at the front desk was most helpful and pleasant as well.
I now have a dentist in Sanford!
