Was a great experience as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when filling out all the paperwork. The cleaning process went well and they were very gentle while cleaning and I had no pain during the whole process. Definitely reccomend coming here if you want a good dentist experience.

Lane & Associates are taking extreme measures to keep not only their customers safe, but the entire Sanford, NC community. They are keeping the customers waiting inside their vehicles until their appointment time. They are requiring the use of face mask, and hand sanitizing, in order to keep down the spread of the Corona Virus.
The dental Hygienist (Mark), performed an outstanding job with thoroughly cleaning my teeth. He also took new x-rays, and panoramic pictures of my teeth. He further assisted me by filling out a yearly military deployment form (DD Form-2813). He also automatically scheduled me for my next dental appointment. Mark is very professional, and knowledgeable in his job.
Overall I am very satisfied with the entire dental cleaning facility, their procedures, and staff. These are the things that keeps my family and I coming back to Lane & Associates Family Dentistry.

I was extremely scared of going to the dentist. Had to go for a bad tooth ache and it needed to be removed. Went to see them and Dr. Chung and her staff were wonderful. Explained everything to me and they created a nice wonderful and caring experience for me. Love this office! Will continue to go here for all my dental needs...
