Lane & Associates Family Dentistry - Sanford Tiffany Dr

Very helpful staff, friendly too. I was nervous about having some fillings done, it had been a while since I had been to the dentist. The dentist and assistant were both very nice and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Bad management on handling patients. Requested an appointment, first available was 2 month from the day I asked (inquired to be called in any openings will come up, and I was told it was very likely I will get in before the 60 days waiting time). Upon appointment request I told the lady I was pregnant and if there was needed something to have the regular dental cleaning done, she said no. Well I arrived to my appointment and 2 problems come up: they did not process to verify my insurance correctly, and they needed a medical authorization from my ObGyn to get the dental done, plus x-rays were needed to do the dental cleaning when I told them already having those done only 3 months ago. Wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes seating in their office to not have a treatment. That was rude from Lane & Associates how they handled this. They will not have business with me, family and friends.

My visit with Dr Sunny Chung was wonderful. Given my apprehension about the news I was fearing to receive. She explained all of my options, long and short term, and managed my expectations with all of them. With her pleasant assistant, she performed and explained the procedure with ease. On top of that, she was able to see me the same day of my initial call.

Simply, love my dentist . It's been years since I have gone to see a dentist and I know I don't do the best job taking care of my teeth. Without judgement they made me feel comfortable, relax and at ease with everything. I now look forward to other dental needs and visit with my dentist. Thank you so much for everything.

My regular hygienist was out for the day and so I was assigned to someone else. At first when I saw Mark Williamson, I thought....” This is going to hurt 😳!” But, to my surprise and relief, my cleaning went smoothly and more importantly, painlessly. He was professional, answered my questions easily, and acted like he really wanted to help me understand what he was saying. If I could have tipped him, I would have! I recommend him to others.

5 star!! They understand my mission and goals and they doing their part to get me there. It couldn’t be any better!

With the customer service is very professional and I enjoy myself even though all I went for was a check up and x-rays to make sure we're i stand in my oral health. I will you update on my treatments.

Just moved to the area and was able to get an appointment for a cleaning a day after I called. Had a great cleaning...Mark did a great job. Highly recommend for a dentist in Sanford area.

I have been a patient for several years .I have been very pleased with all the dental work and cleaning. The staff all very nice and friendly. Always ask how my girls are .very caring feels like one big happy family.. I do appreciate that a lot

My family and I have been patients at Lane and Associates for over 11 years at the Sanford Tiffany Dr. Location. 11 years is a long commitment to the same office. We have went here so long because of the excellent customer service from Gina and Evelyn and the amazing Dentist and Hygienist. The staff make this place worth every penny.
