I decided to come here for the first time because my grandpa comes here and my experience was amazing. ALL of the staff, from the first phone call scheduling, to the receptionist, they hygienist and the doctor, is amazing!!!! I received a cleaning. BEST CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD. They used a powerful water device to get rid of plaque and it was very pleasant. No pain at all. I would definitely recommend this office.

Melissa and Dr Parsons were awesome. I have really bad dental anxiety and I didn't cry (which says a lot!). The exam room I was in had a view of the woods and the birds and it really helped me calm down. This was the best experience I've had at the dentist in a long long time.

I cannot believe that there are so many nice and compassionate people all working in the same building. I came in needing some dental work and was TERRIFIED but they really helped keep me calm and were friendly and reassuring. Everyone was so nice and I cannot believe how considerate they all were. If you're looking for a dentist or have postponed dental work please make an appointment with them.

I had not been to the dentist in a very long time due to a bad experience. I chose to go to Lane and Associates on Tiffany Drive. They have been amazing, even through an unexpected procedure I needed. They talked everything through with myself and my husband more than once to make sure I was comfortable with it. The staff was great and very attentive. I am sad to hear that my hygienist Mark will leave this month. Mark has taken great care of my family and I over the last several years. Mark will be hard to replace, we will look for a new office in his absence!

Lane & Associates are very professional and care about their clients health. They have been able to maintain appointments throughout COVID-19, while ensuring CDC health protocols are followed. Always a friendly staff to greet you upon arrival by name, making you feel welcomed. The staff is very knowledgeable & efficient. When you are the chair, you will always feel well taken care of and informed. Every visit has been pleasant.
