I went in nervous about getting a root canal and i am very pleased on how they treated me. They reassured me that everything will be fine and that they will take care of me so i will not feel any pain through the process. I must say lol i felt little to no pain and i was very happy about that. I will definitely go back and i definitely recommend. The staff is so sweet ❤️.

Was seen at Sanford office for implant. Dr. Patel is very gentle and sweet. Jamene , her assistant is extremely nice, very honest and answered all my questions.

I went here early this year for a fill-in as my old fill-in was falling out. I don't remember her name but an older woman that was there was the dentist who did it and for weeks/months I had extreme sensitivity in that tooth. When I went in April for special teeth cleaning I mentioned it and I was told it's normal and there was nothing they could really do. Also, If it was bothering me the next time I came in I should mention it and they'll look at it. I was laid off from my job so I had no chance to go back as I lost my insurance but recently now with my new job and insurance again, I was struck with overwhelming excruciating pain in that same tooth. I had to endure it all Saturday night, all of Sunday and then part of Monday morning before going to the emergency appointment I placed with another dentist. I was told that the previous dentist (at this location) did my fill-in extremely close to my nerve which caused it to get aggravated and to get infected. Which explained why my tooth was extremely sensitive when it shouldn't have been for MONTHS. I had to end up getting it removed because there was nothing else they could really do besides a root canal but even then the problem could return eventually. I'm extremely disappointed with this office because I went to Dr. Lanes while growing up and never had a problem. I won't be returning and will continue to see the dentist I have now.

The best dental visit I've ever had. My 6 and 8 year old were completely at ease with all of the staff. Their office is lovely and we felt like we were the only ones there. Everything was explained well and I believe this is the best place in town for your whole family to go and take care of their teeth. No doubt 5 star service with a beautiful smiles.

Lane and Associates is an overall great dentist/ orthodontist office. We always get excellent service. The staff is very friendly and kind. They always make sure that my child's braces are adjusted comfortably and is at ease before leaving the chair. I highly recommend this office! They are awesome!

I would like to send a huge Thank You to Lane and Associates. After an absolutely horrific experience at another local dentist, the staff here fit me in for an emergency visit and were able to help me that same day. The dentist, hygienists, and reception were all friendly, helpful and more than efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had a last minute appointment for wisdom tooth. Dr. Whitehead was very understanding and professional. Fast and enough local anesthetic to not feel pain. Best tooth extraction I’ve ever had.

Great experiences with them. I have seen them 3x (2x for cleanings, 1x for a filling). Felt I received quality medical treatment each time. I appreciate that for your cleanings, one is always assigned to the same dental hygienist. I feels this improves continuity for care. Also I appreciate that strict COVID protocols.
