The staff are very friendly. They listen to u and answer questions with patience.
They take their time making sure u have the best experience. They make sure ur teeth look their best. I had a wonderful experience. I recommend them with a 5 star rating. My dentist is Dr. Parson. She is great. She is about her patients.

Staff's very friendly and provided a wonderful experience through my dental visit. They'll also walk you through procedures like fillings, as well, so no real surprises on what is happening during the process.

The Lane office on Tiffany Dr is amazing. The staff are all kind and caring. They have seen me and my kids and they love going here too. Especially my hygenist Ashley. She took the time to explain how i needed to take care of my oral hygiene and how i can take care of my kids. I would and have recommended this office to friends family and co-workers. If u want the best oral care and the kindest and most knowledgeable staff visit Ashley and the staff at Tiffany Drive. They take the fear out of visiting the dentist!

I had my first visit with Dr. Whitehead after my original dentist office would not call back for an appointment. Lane & Associates made me feel so welcomed, and both the dental hygienist and the doctor did a fantastic job. I will definitely use this dentist office for now on, and I cannot wait for my next visit. I highly recommend Lane & Associates.

We just recently started looking for a dentist in the Sanford, NC area. We saw all the great reviews online and decided to make an appointment. My husband showed up Tuesday morning and they told him they would need to reschedule which is no big deal. But today he went back and they said the same exact thing and that they called me. I had a missed call an hour before the appointment and no voicemail. I tried calling the desk after I got off of work and they were not helpful at all and can't get him in until next Friday. It took me quite awhile to convince my husband to go to the dentist because of anxiety and finally I get him to go and they won't even see him. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We will be looking for better dental care elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years. Always a pleasant experience. I love all the doctors, and especially Natasha, Melissa and Evelyn. I would recommend the Sanford Tiffany Office to anyone who are looking to have a 5 * experience!

Mark was great! He answered my questions, and even took a picture of an area I was concerned about so I could see as he explained. It was a great dental visit!!
