Carolinas Dentist is by far one of the best places I’ve been to. Be it at FuquayVarina or Spring Lake the customer service is high quality. Cleanings are thorough and gentle.
Explaining the processes of how and why things work they way they do makes applying techniques a lot easier to follow. For example cavities in x-rays and fluoride chemistry, how to floss each side of the tooth and gum health.
I know that each doctor gets a little window of time each client but these doctors do not seem as “rushed” and that is a great feeling.

They have always been professional, courteous, and very detailed in my dental care plans. Always keep in touch with appointment reminders through text or email. The staff always have an upbeat attitude for the day.

This was my first time going to a dentist in a very long time and i definitely will be coming back regularly and more often!
I have never been afraid of the dentist but if you are this place is very understanding patient and gentle 11/10 stars

I am the world’s BIGGEST chicken when it comes to the dentist. I went in for a filling, scared and prepared for the worst. Imagine my surprise when throughout the procedure I didn’t feel a thing. The staff were great and willing to address all of my concerns and answer all questions. Would HIGHLY recommend this dental clinic.

This place is great! They're very proactive about making sure they do a good job on your appointment. Very friendly, and very proactive on making up for any minor inconvenience. They're very comforting if you're stressed about your appointment, and very professional all-round.
4 stars instead of 5 because they can be ruthless when it's time to get your money. I got charged weeks earlier than they said they would charge me (I am on their insurance plan), and so I lost 1 of the 2 yearly appointments I was supposed to get in my plan. Their response to corona is "stay out until we let you in, and get out the moment you're appoint is done". I got stuck outside in the winter once waiting to be called in and was shaking badly by the time I actually got to go inside. Only 1 star off despite this though because the service itself is just so reliable and great.

Had dental work done here. Got an appt immediately had the work done within reason of the insurance approving a PA but did the work. Definitely will go back. Highly recommend.

Dr. V was extremely nice and understanding. He did not try to push me into anything that I did not want. His lovely assistant made me feel comfortable and she was very friendly. I appreciate the kindness of them both. A big shout out to Brandy who assisted in making this visit possible.

I had some serious anxiety about my visit today because I had previously visited a different dentist office and had a horrible experience and was afraid of another. Dr. V and Deja we’re absolutely amazing and from the start Deja made sure that I felt heard and patiently listened as I explained what was happening with me. Dr. V came in like a ray of sunshine and set my mind at ease and fixed my issue that their last dental office had caused with ease. I literally had tears in my eyes after it was all done because I’d been dealing with the discomfort for sometime now. Overall amazing experience and I no longer have that same anxiety that I had when I came in with. Looking forward to my next visit! Thanks Dr. V and Deja!

I came in today for my first fillings ever and I was a bit nervous Dr.Devinney and Emileigh did an outstanding job taking care of me today. They were very patient and understanding and got me to be relaxed throughout the rest of my appointment huge thanks to those two. <3
