I have a horrible fear of dental visits However, Katie is by far the BEST and I mean best Hygienist ever to clean my teeth. She talked to me and was attentive to each move or reaction I had.
Dr. Fleming is the first dentist that listened to each of my concerns and made sure I understood the entire plan and what steps to take first. Best visit .....now only to keep them to myself. 😀😃👍🏽💯

I can’t say enough about how excellent my recent experience was at Carolina’s Dentist. The reception staff was kind and helpful. The facilities were both clean and welcoming. Most importantly, my hygienist, Krista, was exceptional and I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for high quality dental care & a top-notch patient experience.

The receptionist was friendly and the waiting time was at a minimum. The dental assistant was professional and helpful. The surgeon explained everything that had to be done so I felt comfortable. The prices are high but I guess you get what you pay for.

Great customer service! Was seen very fast and felt like the staff actually cared and did not rush me. All my questions were answered and I felt comfortable. Going back soon for my procedure and will update!

Update to 5 stars: haven’t been here in over a year because it was so slow last time. But there is new staff and today my appointment was normal time and really great! Hygienist was very gentle and competent and they were very professional with recommendations.

Original review: Trust worthy and excellent cleanings! Professional and friendly staff, good with kids. Downside—today my cleaning appointment took 2 hours! And we left before the dentist came back to discuss things with us! The cleaning took less than an hour, but between waiting forever for the dentist to come in for the exam and then a scan which the dentist said would take 4 minutes....we left after 2 hours. However, this isn’t my normal experience here.

I have never had such a great experience with going to the dentist. The system they have to keep me safe from the Coronavirus is awesome. This staff is amazing. They made me feel important. They went above and beyond to let me know they cared about my situation. They thoroughly explained everything they were going to do and gave me the opportunity to ask questions every step of the way. It's hard going behind someone else's work and that's what Dr. Arnold had to do in my case. He rose to the occasion with PERFECT bedside manner. I honestly forgot to be nervous. I have been to about 12 different dentists in three different states over my lifetime. You can truly trust my opinion. They are the best!!!! Thank you to all the staff who took care of me. I am writing this on day number two after my surgery and I can smile again . 😁

Great staff! Dr. Arnold does a wonderful job of putting patients (and their mothers) at ease. His staff are very competent and personable, willing to answer any questions. This is our second surgical experience with them, and we highly recommend.

I have proudly been with the Spring Lake location of Carolina Dentist for about a year and half now. Their services are the best I’ve experienced and their customer support is by far the best as well. They are personal but professional and very caring. The hours they offer are a tremendous bonus for the working family, the cater to their clients and treat us like family or close friends! I would recommend this dentist to anyone!
