Very great experience. I am so grateful to find people who care and can explain everything by detail. Very professional attitude and they accommodate if you have children while your teeth are being cleaned. This is if your kid is not off the wall but if they are calm then they will very well !

This place is the absolute best !!! The staff is hands down the best I’ve ever had at a dentist office . From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed . The ladies at the front desk area are truly amazing . Barrett,Sam,and Nicky truly are what makes this business successful. They have amazing customer service, and will do absolutely anything they can for you. Just a very refreshing experience. We definitely need more people like them around. I also would like to shout out my hygienist Heather ! She’s got to be one of my favorite people there . She makes a long work day less stressful. Always smiling and laughing . Carolina dentist is my all time favorite dentist. The employees there definitely make it fun and inviting. They have a client for life ! Thanks for all you guys do ! The Taylor Family

First visit went great. I could tell that the staff worked fluidly together. They gave me very clear explanations of my treatment plan. They have an office to explain treatment plans and you pay in private. Doctor Parel took the time to explain things to me until I felt I understood. Overall they seamed thorough and honest.

This is my first time coming to this dentist and I absolutely loved it! The staff are super friendly and they communicate patiently everything that they’re going to do, which is super appreciated. If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend coming to this one!

Being a Veteran and dealing with The Veterans Admin.for over 15 years I have never seen any provider other then military releted, so I was unsure what to expect with dealing with an outside civilian provider.
Everyone in the office has been very kind and polite. Like night and day. I was so impressed I recommended them to a friend and she has an appointment this week. I hope she likes them as much as I did.

Went in for consultation and a oral surgery of 2 teeth didn’t get the teeth pulled because I’m a diabetic and my sugar is low. The staff was nice which is why they got 2 stars but I got there 30minutes early so I could get the paperwork done and sat in the waiting room 30 minutes before they brought the paperwork for me to fill out. Now I’m in the back consultation consisted of them looking at X-ray from my dentist so no X-ray done here and explain that I’m going to be sedated for the procedure and my blood pressure taken. Then my sugar was checked and I was told it was low but they still gave me an IV and some fluid to raise my sugar but only waited 10 minutes for it to work which wasn’t long enough and while waiting they told me it would be 187 dollars which I paid then was told after checking my sugar a second time that wouldn’t be able to do surgery and that they would refund all of my money except the 90 dollar consulting fee which I don’t understand what the 90 dollar consulting is they didn’t take X-rays and outside of asking some questions I don’t know what the consultation was and I don’t think it was 90 dollars worth of anything now I’m out 90 dollars and still need to get tooth pulled. When did consultation start costing so much? I will definitely be finding another oral surgeon to use.

My hygienist sabrina was phenomenal as always. She's always so kind and professional. As I work in a different dental office I'll always choose her to be my hygienist! Thank you for being the best. I also loved meeting Dr Z he's great and I'm glad he said I was cavity free!
