Great staff in all areas of this business. Warm greetings from when you check in to when you check out. The dentist and techs was very courteous. First time meeting Dr Fleming . She heard all my concerns and I appreciated her concerns for my existing medical condition to ensure we have the right plan of care.

I really need to start remembering names but the staff is amazing. Very informative on what’s being done as well as reminding you about your upcoming appointments. I took quite a while to find a dentist I could be comfortable with and I’m so happy I decided to choose this place. And the receptionists are very friendly! Amazing people work here!

I had. This is the best Dental care that have had after a very bad experience at Dental Works off Morganton rosd over 5 years ago. I was so afraid to return to the dentist that it took my tooth to start chipping before I returned.

Dr. Flemming is a great doctor who makes you feel comfortable and relax. Her work is absolutely amazing. The staff there are friendly, attentive, professional and made me feel comfortable through every step of my oral surgery. The facility is clean, organized and lovely. Just a great place all around. My dental assistant was great, as always. I just had a cleaning because I was not about to give them anymore of my money. Yes, unfortunately this was my last visit. I had a credit of over $1400, and they held onto my money for over a year. Once I found out in March 2022, I didn’t get my money until June 2022. Very unprofessional and no apology. When I asked for my records, I was just given my ex- rays. So now I have to fight to get my records! So disappointed because I really like the dental service, but this was clouded with bad judgment concerning my money.

The dentist has never been my favorite place, but I don't mind coming here. Always the nicest, most professional office from the moment you walk in, through your cleanings, procedures, until you walk out the door! The dentists listen to you and you never feel rushed. So glad my family was referred here years ago.

Was having tooth pain that came out of nowhere! Dr. V and his amazing assistant Megan, did not hesitate to get down to the problem! Dr. V is very thorough and also extremely gentle so if you have major dental anxiety, I would definitely recommend you to him! His assistant Megan is so knowledgeable and very detail orientated! I will definitely be going back for any major treatment! I also love the fact that they do SAME DAY CROWNS! Huge plus for me!!! Front staff are great as well as the entire office staff! The teamwork displayed in this dental office is unmatched! You’re not a number to them, you can tell they truly care! Wish all dental offices were like this!!!

I went here on this past Wednesday to get 2 teeth extracted and I didn't feel anything at all. They are all so Sweet and kind here. I will be going back here. They make you feel so comfortable here. Me and my mom love this dentist office.
