I truly enjoy my visits to Carolina Dentist. Mikaela is a super dental hygienist and very good. We get along very well. Dr. Mullen is Tops! I just love him! Very happy I found this group to take care of my dental needs!

I just decided to switch my dental clinic after 20+ years with my previous clinic due to lack of customer service. I will not mention their name unless they send me a bill for non service. So look for a follow-up if they do. So back to my to my Great customer experience and service with CarolinasDentist. Wow, what a Great welcome from the first minutes with the young ladies at the front desk. Sorry, I didn't get their names. Very welcoming. (Keep Smiling). They answered all my questions about policies and procedures the I wanted to ask. From that moment I felt comfortable to make appointments not only for me but for my new wife New from a foreign Country. That same week we had our appointments for initial examinations. Mine was easy, just the exam and a cleaning. Exactly what I was expecting and used to. For my wife on the other hand was a bit nervous. She had explained to me before hand she had always had bad experiences with Dentists before in her Country. I tried to explain what I would hope to be a better experience here in the States. Wow, I couldn't have made a better choice in picking Carolinas Dentist. She was treated with so much respect and care from the front desk to her examination. After the Doctor (Dr. Bahekar's) recommendation's, my wife was much relieved. It was very nice and comforting for me to witness. They even let me stay in the room while they treated my wife just in case there were any comforting need by me. it was never need! The technician we had name was Kim. Very pleasant and professional. She explained every bit of what was taking place as she examined my wife. Very professionally done. Thanks Kim! The Treatment Coordinator Sam was outstanding as well. She went over everything again with the dental plan with my wife and me. It was so professionally done (with graphics) and personally felt by me. Again, what a Wow Factor! My wife was very relieved and is very much looking forward to her follow-up appointments to get her Smile to a 100%. I am to looking forward to that great service again when we return. Last but far from the least, this Office facility was very clean. The waiting area had cold bottled water and coffee if you wanted with a TV. Nice! The restroom I used (Male) was immaculate. Very refreshing when you have to use one away from home. I would bet the females was even better if possible. I would Highly recommend this Dental Office (CarolinasDentist) to anyone looking for a Respectful, Professional and Clean Dental Office. To the whole Carolina Dentist Staff, Thanks for the Great first visit. Keep up the Great work. My wife and I are looking forward to our return, if and when needed.

Dr Fleming is an outstanding dentist who really puts the extra effort to make her patients feel relaxed. Her ability to make injecting novocaine into someone's gums is way better than any other dentist I have used. The pain from the injection is usually really hard and painful but with Dr Fleming I feel comfortable and the pain level is a three instead of a 10. Dr Fleming in my personal opinion is an outstanding dentist who is very caring for her patients. But I still prefer her as a blonde.

DJ was so great. 👍 Asked how I was doing with the health of my teeth/mouth. Made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. Thank you Carolina Dental and DJ for another great visit.

I would like to thanks KwaDeja Quick my hygienist for her was impressive/professional care with my client patient services during my 6 PM appointment. It was genuine with care and respect for the patient (no gimmicks, no money hustling).

Carolinas Dentistry, I appreciate the accommodate for those of us who serves and have served; yet your staff seems to want to provide top quality care.

Bravo!! Again to the team … you have a permanent member and I am going to make sure your services get past on to others friends and family. Keep Up the good work especially for our service-members, their families and our sometimes forgotten veterans. Whoooaaaaa!!!

Outstanding experience! Caring Compassionate and very professional. I have dental anxiety and Dr. Mullen is very helpful and supportive. The dental hygienist and assistants are very good at their job and create an exceptional environment. The office staff is efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend this Dental Practice.

I’ve been going to this office for a few years now. I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable with any dentist before. The staff are so kind and friendly! Dr.Mullen is the best! He knows what he’s doing and he takes his time. He is so gentle and patient, making my visits very smooth. McKayla is my hygienist and she’s my favorite! So sweet and easy to talk to. She cleans my teeth gently and always remembers my little dental quirks. I’ve recommended them many times and I will continue to!

They are the best I’ve ever been too!
I’ve put off dental work for many years because of cost/ lack of insurance/ fear of being shamed for the condition my teeth were in.
My first experience was coming for a next day appointment for a toothache, my face was swollen up to my eye! They didn’t make me feel bad they made me feel like they wanted to care for me! They pulled the tooth next day and started working on a treatment plan for me, an extensive one! It’s over a month now from that appointment, I still have a few more to go but I’m happy with my smile now! Dr.Harn is an amazing woman and her dental assistant is just as great! (I’m so sorry her name escapes me!) the women at the front desk are welcoming and kind too.
Please come visit this dentistry office they do everything from basic hygiene to intense restoration!
