Customer service is a big deal for me. The rude receptionist at the front desk has me rethinking this location. This is the second time we have visited and was greeted/treated rudely. The dentist who provided service today was great! He was patient and kind with my daughter. I have been visiting this particular location since I moved to North Carolina in 2016. The service use to be spectacular from the entrance up until the exit. The lack of good customer service at the front desk, has me considering an alternate location.

Makayla is a wonderful hygienist! I look forward to seeing her on my appointments. Makayla is very knowledgeable in her work and we make a great team in my dental care. Makayla is a great asset to Carolina Dentists Office. Very professional and so very kind and sweet. I use to have a great anxiety coming to the dentist. Makayla has made me feel much better with that. There are many hygienist, but Makayla is mine. Love her!!!!!!

Was a great experience, same day treatment for me, my tooth didnt need much work since it was just a superficial crash on a front tooth. They color matched it and fixed it right up. The dentist and assistant were both very nice, and the team up at the front were very friendly and curtious. If u need a payment plan they will hook you up. Everything went so smoothly. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

Check in process was super easy. I completed all my paperwork via email the day prior, so I gave my name and ID and waited to be called back. Both the Dentist (Dr. Fleming-Spring Lake) and her dental assistant were amazing. She waited until I was complete numb before starting anything, and frequently checked on my throughout the procedure. Will definitely continue my routine care there for the duration of our time in NC.

Going to the dentist is always high anxiety for me! I said a prayer and hoped for the best. Well, my prayers were indeed answered! I had the most calming, thorough and low anxiety dental exam ever. My hygienist, JuJu was absolutely wonderful! Her calming voice and demeanor were so soothing to my soul! She was patient, thorough and so polite. Then in comes this young, well mannered, polite, pays attention to detail, extremely professional dentist, Dr. Devinney! My first visit was more than what I expected to my pleasant surprise. This is the team that I want from this day forward! Gill the practice manager and who gives the financial breakdown was knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to establishing a great relationship for a long time to come! Thank you all for a great thorough experience.

I admit...I hate going to the dentist! But I love these folks and my dentist, Dr Mullen! They are kind, ever so helpful, professional, polite and just a fantastic group of folks to be around. I've had a lot of dental ups and downs, but Dr Mullen gave me my smile back! Keep up the fantastic work, you guys rock!

What I experienced in this office is rare in this day and time. Upon entering the office until I left, I was treated with such professionalism. Being the dental coward I am (LOL), I appreciated the encouragement from both the nurses and Dr during my treatment!! I highly recommend this awesome office!!

Had a major toothache and they got me in the same day and set up for oral surgery also meds were prescribed all in a timely manner! Staff was awesome and very responsive. I recommend to anyone looking for oral care!

My experience was exceptional, because Dr. D and his assistant were the best. My procedure took a long time to perform, but they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. D was so friendly, and even though the procedure was very uncomfortable, I want him whenever I return. It was one of the best experiences of my life. I thank God for him.
