Winston Smiles Dentistry

My Dr.Stowe is so nice to us as a patient. He helped me to improve my teeth better when my orthodontist ignored my teeth whenever I told her about what I've been through in my mouth. Thank you, Dr.Stowe.

Time is money and they definitely wasted mine today. I initially scheduled an appointment on 12/26, but my previous dentist had not sent over my records, so when I arrived I had to reschedule. That wasn't a problem as I wanted to receive all services at once. I went today on 1/2/2020 and I arrived at 3:10 with my appointment being at 3:30. When I got inside there was a lady in line in front of me, so I waited for her to get done checking out. As I was waiting, Dr. Albertson brought another patient out to be checked out and told Candy to put her next (i.e., in front of me). Candy proceeded to check the other lady out ahead of me even though I was already standing there, strike 1. I finally got checked-in and made sure that all of my documentation was sent over. At 3:45, 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I asked a receptionist what was going on and Candy said she would check. Candy came back to say they were just waiting for a clean room and it would be about 5-8 minutes. I then asked her if the dentist, Dr. Albertson, was available and she said yes. At 3:55, the assistant finally came to get me. She did not apologize for being late and I don't even know her name as she did not give it to me, strike 2. We went into the room and she asked me some questions about everything and said the dentist would be in. She also asked me to smile so that she could compare my teeth color to the material that they would put in my fillings. In doing so, she was not very careful and touched my lip with the matching palette which is very unhygienic. After that I continued waiting for Dr. Albertson. At 4:15, 45 minutes after my appointment time, he still hadn't showed up, so I walked to the front and told Candy I was leaving and as I was walking out TADA Dr. Albertson appeared, strike 3, I left. At 4:45 Candy called me to inform me of Dr. Albertson's apologies and to say that he was working on someone and could not just leave them. I'm most certain that at 3:45 I asked her if he was available and she said yes! Apparently there was some miscommunication on their behalf or simply lies. Either way, it does not work for me! I do not appreciate my time being wasted. If he was backed-up they could have simply said so and given me the option to wait or reschedule, but they took that option from me. I've heard that Dr. Albertson does good work. Unfortunately I did not find out. So disappointing!!

I love this place! I’m terrified of the dentist but Candy got me in real quick and made me feel comfortable and very professional. Dr Albertson is the best! He walked me through the whole process and I didn’t feel pain once! I highly recommend them!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Albertson today at Winston Smiles and it could not have been better. From the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Alberston, I was treated with utmost kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Dr. Albertson and the staff at Winston Smiles for all your dentistry needs, you won’t regret it!

I called this dentist because my regular dentist is out of town. This past Tuesday I had 6 teeth on the top front ground down for crowns, and a temporary bridge crown was put on until my individual crowns are made. It broke last night during my sleep, and I called to see if they would cement the 2 that broke and came off back on. I would have gladly paid for the office visit and the work, but she said he’d have to do an exam and X-ray before cementing it back on!!! It was just ground down 3 days ago!!! There isn’t any decay!!! They just wanted to charge as much money as possible!!! I have no insurance and just paid over $8,000 for the work I had done!!! This dentist has NO COMPASSION for people!!! He is GREEDY!!!!! My own dentist said she wouldn’t do that to someone even if they weren’t her patient!!!! She’s ticked off about what I was told!!!!

Dr. Stowe is the best, he always does what needs to do to save a tooth instead as opposed to just pulling it out. I have recommended lots of my friends to Winston Smiles...Dr. Stowe is always available whw. I call on with an emergency...Thanks to Winston Smiles I still have enough teeth to chew my food...I'm happy with Dr Stowe and all of the staff at Winston Smiles

I’m a very satisfied patient and very highly recommend Dr Pruitt and all the other dentists in the practice. I will gladly update this review to a five star when the computer, billing and phone system are corrected! I think they’re corrected so updating to 5 stars.

I found this Dental facility by Google after going to Affordable dentures who did NOT respond to Medicaid and was the Worst place i ever went, When i first me Dr Stowe and his Staff This was the Best experience i ever had, The people/Staff are SO Kind, Nice, Polite, Caring, Treats you like one of there own, I recommend Everyone go here, you will feel like a Big Family.

Disgusted with the service received. I was told my teeth were"rotting" out. I have never had a problem with oral hygiene. Got a second option asap and was told nothing in fact was wrong with my teeth. Also as a medical professional I have noticed that this establishment does not go by the rules and regulations set for Medicare/ Medicaid patients. It was disgusting to see my aunt with Medicare get absolutley less than half of the service I recieved with a paid insurance plan. This establishment needs to change.

Dr. Albertson and his staff were awesome. I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable and the procedure was pain free. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist.
