Winston Smiles Dentistry

I called Winston Smile Dentistry because I was looking for a dentist office that was open on Satrudays (not an easy thing to find). I was having issues with a wisdom tooth, but could not take the time off of work to go in during the week. Especially since most dentist offices require that you come in for an exam and then come back for extraction. When I called and explained what was going on with my tooth, Candy insisted that I come in same day because it sounded as if I had an infection. She was very kind and courteous and found a way to work me in. Once I got there I was blown away by the service I received. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dentist assistant was very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I saw Dr. Zach Albertson. He was amazing! He was able to extract 2 teeth in a very short amount of time, while also not making my appointment feel rushed. I explained that it had many years since had seen a dentist, and admitted that my oral health had been neglected. He never made me feel ashamed or uncomfortable about that. His biggest concern seemed to be getting me back on track. He was encouraging during the procedure and seemed to truly care about making sure I felt no pain. My experience was incredible and I would recommend this dentist office to anyone. Dr. Albertson even followed up with me after my appointment to make sure that I wasn't in pain and that the bleeding had stopped. Can't wait to get my oral health back on track with such an awesome dentistry!!

I have used this practice for almost 30 years and have always found them to be responsive and do an excellent job. They file your insurance and make you aware of what a procedure cost before you schedule the procedure.

I was floored by the efficiency and brightness of staff, from intake to out the door in less than 45 minutes as a new patient. Nothing but smiles all the way through.

Dr. Albertson has command of this ship. He is amiable and proficient, firm and jovial. I can't speak highly enough of his bedside manner. A pro.

Horrible service lady by the name of Jennifer the surgery admin staff was really rude had a nasty attitude and wanting to push out my two-year-old appointment A month away just to be nasty she needs to get wrote up or relocated. You will never talk to a person like that again your life will not be fortunate when you talk to people like that I hope you get what you deserve Winston smiles is a great dentist that my son goes to as well but Jennifer Hass to go or she needs to be dealt with thank you.

I've been a patient of Dr.Miller for nineteen years. I became his patient because of a very tragic assault that happened to me back in 2001.When i first walked into his office i was greeted by some very loving an caring staff members. Dr.Miller greeted me with open arms,not like a patient but more like a farther would reach out to his daughter. From that day i started calling him my PawPaw. My farther passed away in 1998,an God knows i miss him everyday,an the pain never goes away. Dr.Miller,isn't just a great dentist but a great husband,farther an man.I would highly recommend him an the other dentist that work side by side with him everyday. If you ever visit the office you would feel the same.

Tiffany is an outstanding individual, very personable and very good at what she does.

Dr. Pruitt is great and has been for the 35 plus years we've been coming to see him.

Went to my appt to have my teeth cleaned. The door was locked with a sign stating call office dial 0. I called with no answer. Hygienists kept coming in and out. I kept saying I have an appt. A woman cleaning the lobby opened the door. I said I have an appt. She pushed me back with her forearm saying No you can't come in. I went back to my medical transportation van asking him to take me home. He said call again. Someone answered this time and said I'll check on it and hung up. The driver pulled from parking lot to door. I got out he left. Finally a lady passed by saying Have you been checked in. She checked my temp. Another lady took me in to sit in lobby. This took over 40mins. A man came out with no mask on and told me get with the program or I'll ask you to leave and never come back. There had been no call or text msg to notify me the door would be locked. I told him medical transportation dropped me off over 40 mins ago I am 73 yrs old with bad knees and hips and could not stand long periods due to rheumatoid arthritis. He said that's not our problem or responsibility. You should have a car to sit in while waiting. He then went back behind the glass. I was called to my appt. After cleaning my regular dentist came in. I explained to him what happened. He said I should not have had to wait outside. They should have taken my temp as soon as I arrived and let me wait inside. I appreciate Dr Albertson saying this. The other dentist or whatever he was had no compassion for an elderly man in pain or for that matter any patient. I really like Dr Albertson but due to the disrespect and lack of compassion I will probably never return to this dental office. I was postponed almost a yr on my cleaning.
