Winston Smiles is a very friendly Dentist establishment! I have been going for a little over a year and everyone I have ever delt with has been great! Dr. Albertson is my Dentist and he is very nice and friendly.

They are friendly and great with my son. But if you miss one appointment or try to call to cancel an appointment they will tell you not to come back they want you to leave them a message. What's the point of having a phone with no one to answer the calls. They have so many people at the front desk and no one wants to answer the phone. I would rather speak to someone when we have to cancel an appointment so it can be set for a different day. Its a big problem.

Everyone at this practice are friendly, helpful and professional. I always hated going to the dentist until I switched to Dr. Albertson at Winston Smiles Dentistry. I always got anxious thinking about the numbing/needle. He is so kind and understanding of my anxiety. He’s always calming and goes over and beyond to make sure my experience is painless. My hygienist is gentle and sooo sweet. I only make my cleaning appointments with her. My entire family uses this practice and I am now a permanent member with my Winston Smiles Dentistry family!

Dr Zach Albertson is my dentist. Currently I am being fitted for a partial. He has pulled some bad teeth, filled a few, and given me a crown. Not once have I felt any pain...and I have a phobia about dentists.
This practice is wonderful. I can make a 5pm or Sat am appt, and unlike other practiced I have been seen at, this office seems more interested in me as a person than as a revenue source. Highly, Highly recommend

I have referred people to their practice and they’ve had issues with return calls. They also have had problems with some of the way techs come in to see you prior to the actual dentist. Many people are used to a better bedside manner of seeing the actual dentist. Overall service was good. Personally this may have been due to capacity; Smaller office vs a larger office with multiple doctors proving an array of services. Do not knock them until you give a full opportunity of interested. Smile 😁

Horrible practice, rude dentists, rude secretaries. If you have Medicaid they will not treat you well. My dentist left the practice and they put me with another one, then when I tried to get a follow up appointment they lied and said I missed appointments so they couldn't see me. On another occasion I was told they couldn't see me because I was considered a "new patient" again since my dentist had left, and they weren't accepting new patients. This was two different secretaries and two different excuses given within two weeks of each other, and then when a family member of mine called to confirm they gave her personal information about me (against HIPPA laws) AND told her I could be seen. When I called back to speak to them they acted like they had no idea who would've given her that information, even though both calls were placed within 10 minutes of each other, and once again made up another lie as to why I couldn't be seen. Steer clear of this awful practice!

I have been a patient of Dr. Miller for about 16 years. I have had not been the best patient because I only come to the dentist when I have dental issues. Unfortunately, I have had a lot of dental problems over the years and this has resulted in my feeling anxious to even make an appointment. Dr. Miller, his assistants, and the hygienists have been so kind to me. I drive from Charlotte just because it's the only office at which I feel comfortable. I recently had to see Dr. Albertson for two root canals. I was very nervous to be seeing another dentist, but he and his assistant were very kind and caring. They put me at ease, even through my tears, and had me laughing by the time I left. I highly recommend this practice!
